My vote for the best burger in town. Crispy burger edges, perfectly toasted kolache bun. I kept it simple, dressed with lettuce, tomato, onion and some grilled jalapeños.

Melisa makes a mean cup of coffee. My man at the counter runs a top-notch ship. These real-suasage made in house kolache sandwiches are the real deal, far better than American "pigs in a blanket."

Wife and I stopped by for lunch and both had a burger. This place is amazing. The kolache bread buns are so good, soft on the inside and toasted perfectly on the outside. Everything was homemade to order. We will be back!

Burger week started here with their delicious original burger creation. It was delicious. A burger topped with brisket, pickles, pickled onions, and beer cheese, served on a toasted kolache bun was served along side crispy onion strings. This place is famous for their kolaches and coffee. Their new creations will solidify their greatness.

Best potato taco I've EVER tasted. Of all the foods Ive EVER tried, the Apricot kolache was literally in the top 10 ( not including mom and grandmother's cooking, obviously).

First time here, I tried the breakfast sandwiches, and they're absolutely delicious. Highly recommended for breakfast / brunch! Will be back for more, no doubt!

I really enjoy their burgers, make sure you get a double it's only a buck more.
Today i tried this monster for 10 bucks, it was great. Burger with cheese, egg, avocado, bacon, onion, BBQ sauce. Those flavors went really well together!

EDIT: I’ve since had more standard sweet and savory kolaches from Pearl Snap. I think they are pretty average. My original review follows, which resulted in a 5 star rating…

5 stars: my chorizo taco and Lil’ Becky kolache. Commendable.
4 stars: my wife’s sausage & cheese and pecan pie kolaches, both of which were over-cooked.
