Due to poor service and bad food, we had quit eating at Whataburger. Decided to try this one because it is close to where we just moved. It was at lunch time and very busy, but it ran like a well oiled machine. Fully staffed and each one appeared to know their job and was performing. Order was taken quickly. Short wait for food, it was fresh,hot, delicious. That is FHD.

Curbside at Whataburger is the way to go. Today when I arrived there was a long drive thru line and thankfully I ordered curbside. In a short amount of time my order was brought to me piping hot.

It's one of the best Whataburger close to my house me and my better half go there about 3 times a week. I would of giving it a 5 star rating but 2 nights ago my wife's order was missed up really bad, we went back but it was shift change and they didn't give a replacement order or a refund because the computer was resetting and they told us sorry and we just throw it away. But besides that it's been a great place to go.

Place was super busy but I got my order quick. Employees were very nice and handled the rush very well.
There was a lady outside directing traffic and making sure everyone was satisfied with their orders.

This is the second time in a row that they mess up my order. It was great before but not sure why lately they keep forgetting to put the correct food or get the wrong thing in there. The food still is good, just the service has a lot opportunities. Hopefully they retrain employees in how to read orders.

I give Whataburger an extra star for delivering a burger like the picture shows. Other fast food places are such a disappointment when you see the picture and then you get a burger that looks nothing like the picture of the burger. You wonder if yours was dropped on the floor and then put back together. Good job Whataburger for taking the time to make not only a good tasting burger, but a darn good looking burger. My new fast food place to go for burgers, screw the rest.

Whataburger has a unique way of making me feel real, or traditional, like I feel when I see fine wood furniture. Something that was very good long time ago, and continues to be. It's like it reminds me of all the good time and good taste I had over 35 years... for real. Maybe this particular location has added emotional value from my kids, but I always feel that way when I eat at Whataburger. Please do more of the lovely tradition I experience at Whataburger.

After an unscheduled layover at DFW the airline put me up in a hotel. On the way I saw Whataburger and after checkin took the short (7 minute) walk.
Plenty of parking, drive through, and plenty of tables and seating inside. Friendly service, lots to choose from, and my first visit to Whataburger was really good, big burger, toppings evenly spread, not greasy, accompanied with a vanilla shake I was beyond full but ate it all.
