First they gave me Mac and Cheese instead of fries (not sure how you can make that mistake when fries sound nothing like Mac and cheese) and some old wings. I had to come back to the restaurant was asked to park so they can cook fresh fries and chicken......waited for at least 10-12 minutes. A lady brought my food (see pic below) fries looked as if they were dumped on top of the chicken bowl!! To make matters worse the fries were old and cold!! I was really upset because this would have been my first meal of the day. Also, I'm currently grieving the unexpected loss of My Mom ~ fries are my comfort food‼️I gave them two stars because of how the manager (I believe it was the manager) handled me when I returned for the second time. He even said he can clearly see the fries aren't fresh ~ I received a full refund and the manager recommended that I keep the wings as they are fresh.

Got my order promptly. I grew up on Kentucky Fried Chicken, always loved the coleslaw and the rolls that they had back in the day. The chicken was great as well. Today the coleslaw is the same, biscuit good. I know things change with time, however this chicken was dry and bland. It's been a while and needless to say I was disappointed. Perhaps, it was just this location. Not giving up on Kentucky will find another location and try it again.

Horrible experience, the customer service was terrible. We were not given a receipt, when we asked to substitute an item we were told our food was already bagged yet we still had wait despite the food being ready. I received what appears to be burnt chicken tenders and a open container of cole slaw that leaked all over the food and had a hair floating on it. Horrible.

The elder man inside is rude and doesn't prepare your food right. I walk in there and he looks angry, like its my fault he's there. My famous bowl was like a soup because he filled it up with corn water juice. Then he gave me a tea and didn't even ask what I wanted to drink.... I wanted a Dr. Pepper... so I just won't go back. There's plenty of other places to eat. This was on 6-8-22 right around 12:00.

Where should I start.... 1. Only one man was there, and he was rude af. Slamming things, had an attitude, and was generally being a HUGE jerk. No wonder there were no employees, I would quit too if I worked with him. 2. He didn't give me the proper change. I was owed $8, and was only given $2 in return. 3. He was being rude to the customers after us. 4. We ordered a Side Lover's meal, and two famous bowls. Had the WORST attitude during the whole time he was rushing around. 5. He didn't hand me my ticket. Instead he slammed it on the counter and threw my change at me. 6. Whole time he prepared our meal, he never once stopped to put gloves or any safety gear on. He was sniffling and wiping his gross hands on his dirty pants. 7. Kept glaring at us for no reason whatsoever. 8. When I asked for 3 extra cups, he caught an attitude and was borderline yelling at me. I tried to ask if there were any plates we can have for our meal, but he ignored me and quickly moved on to the next customers. 9. The food was ok, the gravy tasted kinda watery, and the soda tasted like straight up sparkling water. In other words, this place needs to either shut down or get new employees 🙄 ETA: this was 30 minutes ago, June 6th 2022

This location is filthy. I asked for a cup of water, Manager says water is turned off but he has my order bagged. I asked how were they cooking with no water and he smuggly answered “we don’t need water to cook”!! I’m still laughing at his filthy self. I left without the food. Sir, COVID is rampaged and you’re not washing your hands without water!!!

Very bad Experience today at KFC to the point the police was called because I was inside of an empty store and only two employees and I asked for a refund and the so-called manager was fearful for his life because I asked for a refund that is the reason why he called the police because he threw a cup holder towards me so I asked for a refund because his customer service was terrible so he called the police on me and the police apologize for them having to come out to hand me a refund it was only two employees there neither one of the employees wanted to come to the front to give me a refund I post a video live on Facebook you can see the whole footage on Creas Hatchett Facebook page.
