Edmonds Bigfoot Java

Stopped on the way to Portland. I commute every weekend to go visit my wife. I was so tired after working and now making the long drive..but to be greeted by two very caffeinated, wired individuals made my night. Ladies in here were kind and made me my drink exactly how I wanted. I typically don't go to the Bigfoot coffee shacks since I prefer more traditional coffee but they nailed the flat white and I felt energized all night. Might even by some coffee beans in the future. Good spot for some coffee!

Horrible horrible service by the lady working at 8-8:30pm on 4/30/22. She actually made my little sister cry from being so rude. I wish I would have just said nevermind and drove away but I didn’t want to be rude. She is honestly scary and shouldn’t work in a customer service job. I didn’t catch her name but she is a tall darker skinned lady. I will not be returning to this big door Java which is honestly really disappointing because I go there very frequently, just usually not at night time. Managment: if you have cameras you can see the interaction that happened like I said around 8 or 8:30. She was bad talking about me and my family in the car to the other employees, it was really disheartening as my family was not being rude in any way. All we ordered was 2 smoothies and 2 Red Bull Italian sodas.

Absolutely discounting. They don’t measure the pumps or flavors. Horrible service. I always get the same drink and actually worked for Java and it’s insane how horrible there drinks are made at this stand. The drinks taste straight up like mud, what the actual hell!!! Had the girl yesterday so more flavor and it was still SO OFF AND DISGUSTING. So sad because Java is the best quality but I’ve had to go elsewhere because every time I’ve tried no drinks are good….. 💔

I'm going to give BFJ Edmonds a five-star review for their night staff. I definitely will only recommend that you visit this location after 10pm or so (not sure when my regular night gal starts but I'll update next time I frequent). The graveyard staff are the best and they really know how to make drinks whether that be Espresso, Red Bull, Italian Soda, etc. Every time I've ever visited during the wee hours, I've tasted perfection (both hot and cold drinks)! I think they've been with Bigfoot Java for a long while and so they really understand how to make delicious drinks and she'll make great suggestions if you just tell them what you're craving. For example, I once asked for an Italian Soda with coconut vibes and she made me her own concoction which turned out so good. When I have visited during the day and this is at least 6-7 times, my drinks were made poorly and with a heap of attitude even when tipping 15-25%. When I mentioned this to the night crew, they did inform me that many of them are still in training, so they may not know how to make drinks the Bigfoot Java way yet. On two different occasions, they didn't put the lid on correctly on my hot drink which makes for a hot mess and can be a little annoying that they tend to not pay attention to the little details such as leaving out the whipped cream, adding enough flavored syrup to taste, etc.

This is my favorite coffee place in the entire world and coffee is literally my personal favorite thing in existence. 😁 The well-trained, diverse staff here consistently deliver exemplary service come rain or come shine, and this impressive group of hard-working women manages to set the bar high on how to work efficiently while maintaining creativity. I love this coffee shop, and I'm a regular that rotates through all the different shifts and meets all the different workers 😊 -- I love that this one is open 24 hours! It doesn't get better than this place. Thank you for existing for us. 🙏
