I’ve been here 4 days in the row. What can I say? From 4 times, only one time my food was prepared for less then 15-18 minutes. Usually it took 20 minutes for just a half sandwich or bowl. I went at 7 am. And it was really slow every time. Instead of eating in, I had to take to go. When it’s busy should I wait 30-40 minutes then? Good thing my food was tasty. But in the morning I’m always in hurry and hoping to get it fast. I tried 4 times. And it failed. Today was my last time. Thanks.

Stunned….I’m a big Panera guy but Noon on a Saturday (I know it’s lunch rush) and it took me 45 minutes to get through. I should’ve taken a nap. I literally timed it. I know this isn’t McDonald’s but 46 min is too long. The employee said they are super short staffed but I would argue they should have closed the drive through then. I would’ve left but I was trapped haha. The food itself is good. Not sure if I will return to this location

After a long day at work, the last thing you want to do is drive 20 minutes to return a wrong order. I usually double check my order, but it was a very challenging day and I was exhausted. I've been dissappointed by this store before but this time was just ridiculous. Just imagine my frustration when I got home to enjoy one of their warm bowls(Baja bowl). As you can see, I was greeted with a cold, lousy looking and missing key ingredients, dish. Was there corn salsa?? Nopes. Beans, were they in there?? Negative. When I returned, I was told that it was in fact the correct order. I was like NO sir, there's no corn salsa or beans. The manager (great customer service) however, corrected the order but said to me that they literally got the ingredients 2 minutes ago and I should've been told that they didn't have it. What??? So u scrape the bottom of the pan and serve someone a cold, half-prepped bowl?! Would you just give someone a cheese sandwich when they PAID for a turkey and cheese??? Come on now. $12 might not be alot, but I definitely was not happy. In the end, apologies were made and I got the correct bowl. But I'm now venting because look at the pics!! It's a shame! Clearly it was given to me (the incorrect one) purposely. Because you can't look at that and think it is ok to serve that to anyone. They need refresher training, to AT LEAST not serve crappy and wrong dishes to a paying customer. CHECK YOUR ORDERS BEFORE YOU LEAVE.

The service is super, 5 star (well, one lady in particular, short with a higher pitched voice... I just wanted to hug her she was so sweet and helpful!) The restaurant is clean which I really appreciate. But the food... The portions are too small for the price. I ordered the "two for" and the soup tasted like over processed "Campbell's soup" and the sandwich was literally 1/4. I wouldn't have minded the portions if it was higher quality. I expected artisan, freshly made cuisine. I'm sorry I don't think this is the place for that.
The establishment was clean and well kept and they have wifi and a wall outlet so I was able to refer to my computer over the course of my meeting. That was a bonus.

Good fast customer service, good food. Good clean place to grab a really good cup of coffee,or a quick good bite, or a lemonade. Spacious. Lots of places to sit .Self serve at the the computer terminal, or order at the cashier. Because they are so busy, and move fast, it is better, you check your order . They have drive thru. Lots of parking

Ordered at the kiosk was so easy and the order came out quickly. Despite being self serve, the people cleaning up helped me carry my food and clean up the table. It was a great experience for a solo mom with 2 little kids.

This was the biggest disaster restaurant. I went in to order a basic sandwich. Had no clue they were busy and it didn’t occur to cashier to let me know they were horrendously backed up. I waited 25min for my sandwich and when I finally had to get back to work my order wasn’t even on the queue to be made yet. Not a single person was telling people ordering that it would take that long. I ended up wasting my whole lunch hour and didn’t even get anything to eat. For my sandwich and drink it was going to cost me 20$. For a place that costs that much you’d think the staff would be competent enough to tell people there was an issue BEFORE they ordered.
