Sat in for a lovely dinner and was served by the delightful Steven. The food was delicious and Steven was so helpful and as a gluten free customer he made me feel comfortable and talked me through all the best options for me. Will definitely come back. Thank you to Steven and all the staff here.

Wow where do I begin?. Lovely restaurant with hot, fresh pizza, lovely staff, good spot, quick service, popular. When I was in Edinburgh I went to this restaurant everyday!. I loved my experience at this restaurant. I would definitely recommend eating here!

Excellent choice for pizza! Great good, friendly service from Christian! Highly recommend. Hard to see the restaurant due to the construction going on around the area. Hidden by much of the equipment and scaffolding.

Visited pizza express yesterday, and had the most wonderful, friendly and attentive server. I believe their name was Kathy, but I may have misheard them (they had piercings and very cool green hair) and they were possibly the best server I’ve ever had! Thank you so much for the great service and lovely evening ☺️

We were looking for a quick bite and this certainly fit the bill. They had so many options for vegans and vegetarians and we appreciated that. Delicious vegan sausage. They did a great job and the thin crust was tops

A really good example of this particular chain restaurant. What makes it stand out is the staff. We visited in the midst of the Edinburgh festival, at lunch time on a Saturday and the staff were epic.
Food to the usual standard and only slight drawback is a hefty price tag. You'll pay around 5 quid more for a pizza here than a local Italian restaurant.
But it is big, great for kids and parties and generally a decent spot.

Following a full day of exploring, we took immense pleasure in indulging in the delectable cuisine at pizza express. The chicken wings and pollo pizza we savored were truly exceptional. Our waiter's joyful demeanor further enhanced our experience, making it even more delightful. We wholeheartedly endorse it as a must-visit destination!

Serving staff was friendly and welcoming. Extremely pleasant and patient. Food was fine - not the best pizza I've ever had. We went in the early evening and had no problem getting table for six - the scaffolding and construction that was partially blocking the building probably held back foot traffic from stopping in.
