The Vicar

Poor management! No covid plan as they would have anticipated staff coming down with the big C. We came to celebrate my son’s 18 at Rosa’s and we ended up at KFC and Maccas. They called the day before to confirm and our table was double booked even when my name was on the seat plan. We had 11 people who had to squeeze in to a couple of booths. Bought our drinks at the pub section because nothing just came. NOTHING CAME. We left. The wait staffs were apologetic … couldn’t really fault them as they we coping with the lack of leadership. Thanks to KFC and Maccas for saving the day.

My husband and I went to the Vicar last night for the first time and we loved it! We have wined and dined at a few good restaurants and bars in Sydney and this was up there with the best. The service was excellent. Enjoyed cosying up by the fire with a vino! Then dinner at their Rosa's was just spot on. Good simple authentic Italian food! The residents of the Hills should not take this big gem for granted. The design of this venue is also world class. We will be back definitely.

Wow! What a great venue for the hills area. Offering service with a smile and a very polite and helpful staff during such a difficult time of life. The pub has a great vibe that makes you want to stay all day, and it’s easy too with the cold beers and great food they have on offer! Can’t wait to come back and bring the whole family. This pubs got something for everyone!

Could not commend and thank the gentlemen, sam and the boys, at the vicar enough. After driving 45mins there, we realised we forgot to bring my dad's wheelchair. We were devestated. The gentlemen/boys/staff there could not have been more enthusiastic about carrying dad in and out on a chair! The food was also very tasty as well and well priced too. Will definitely be back (with the wheelchair). Thank you x 10000000
