Bel Fiore Restaurant And Bar

Unfortunately we didn’t get nice first impression from this restaurant and the service As a local, have tried most of the restaurants around Dural area and most. My reviews are 4 or 5. My aim was to have the c same rating for this restaurant but unfortunately very far from my expectations. Two of our first order was not available so we had no options unless having another meal from the menu (-0.5) The beer was not cold at all(-1) , it was a $10 bottled beer. Honestly this is the first time i had a warm beer😂 The portions are not big at all comparing to what you pay.(-1) The pizza was nice and delicious ( my rating is 4.5/5 only for the pizza) Both waitress was not very friendly and welcoming as well.(-1) So we had our meal very fast and left the restaurant I normally give a second chance for a restaurant providing me poor service by visiting them for second time but i don’t think i go back or order again from this restaurant. Sorry but you lost a very valuable local due to your poor service. PS my overall rating is 1.5 but generously give them 2/5.

Great staff service. The pizza was amazing, the crust was absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked. If you like Italian style pizzas, you know how important the crust is! Seriously, one of the best in Sydney. The flavours of the individual ingredients came through and you can tell they use quality ingredients.

Booked a table for 17 well in advanced we were all given a menu only to be told we couldn't order from the menu as there were too many of us so had to settle on a set menu of pizza and pasta dishes that the chef thought he could manage (didn't even get the choice of what, was just told what we could have). Then was charged corkage for one bottle of wine and 4 beers that was almost just as much as the entire meal (they did reduce the price of the corkage).

I just had dinner here tonight for our cousin's birthday celebration and brought a cake to be served as surprise for dear cousin. We asked the staff to hide the cake for us early on-thanks accessories! We pretended as if we are on a simple course of dinner. Brushcetta for starter and meatballs and bread as starteres before the mains. When we finished the starters and 2 pizza and 3 pasta, the waitress went to our side and asked us where we kept the candles for the cake. Our cousin obviously overheard this and she started quizzing us about what this is about. We got busted. That didn't not ruin the night as we had a lovely service and awesome food . I think we will be back on her next birthday for the 8th time.
