First and last time visiting this Studio Movie Grill. I’ll stick to the Marietta and Alpharetta locations. They need some renovations and cleaning. Our seats didn’t recline and they are very uncomfortable. We left because I didn’t want to sit in an upright seat.

Staff was nice and food came in good time. Theater seating could use some TLC. Carpet flooring was sticky with food and napkins left on floor from previous movie showing. Price is good. Sound system is fine. Overall it was an okay experience.

This is my second time coming here I ordered tickets online and got to the theater printed them out and they didn't even check them. The tables were dirty and wet. I ordered food online. Half my order came out immediately.(popcorn and pretzels pieces nachos) The food that did come out was ice cold! The drinks did not come out till the middle of the film. So im supposed to eat my dry cold food with nothing to wash it down with? Also no napkins. Am I supposed to wipe my hands on my pants?
The drinks were watered down and very pre mixed. Horrible service. The bathrooms were dirty and the huge office chairs used for the disability access row blocked the screen. The bathroom was filthy and the stalls had NO tissue. Will I be returning? Yes but not to order food and drinks. This place is not good. The staff was over whelmed and the theater had less than 20 ppl. Tuesdays the tickets are 5 dollars. I will return then. This place won't get a bulk of my money again. Maybe they will be better on a slow day.

It is an overall nice place to visit for good food and a movie. I went to go see the new Batman movie and the waitresses were extremely friendly and the food was delicious. However, be careful with drinks on the regular table as they are prone to slide over and spill all over. Always make sure they are in the cupholder. But it was a good experience overall!

The host was very friendly and welcoming. The wait staff could be a little more accurate with orders. I've had items not delivered or delivered to the wrong seat but overall, never had any major issues. The few that I've had have been resolved to my satisfaction. Everything is delicious. The screens and sound system are some of the best I've seen. I'll be back for sure. A-

So we go into the movie theater and we order our food and our drinks, 30 minutes before the movie starts. So the movie starts like the actual movie and we still don't have our drinks or food. The guy next to us had his drink but not us. So 20 minutes into the movie we push the button. Turns out they forgot about us and had to have us tell them our order again. They bring out our food but not our drinks. So 30 minutes it's basically an hour at this point and we push the minutes again. And ask for our drinks, we were told they would be out shortly. We also asked for a ranch for the food. So 20 minutes go by and we still haven't gotten our drinks and ranch. So we call them again, this time they bring us our ranch, after 10 minutes they finally being our drinks. But when we get them the ice melted so my sweet tea was turned into water. The staff was respectful and professional but that does not ex used the bad service. The guy next to us was able to get his drink and a refill before we even got our food and we ordered at the same time

Second time coming here, the attitudes of the folks there are great, but that's the only thing they're getting a star from. It took me till about halfway through the movie to get someone in there to order, and beyond that the food actually made me sick. I ordered the three cheeseburgers with fries and a soda, and that Pepsi had some odd taste to it that certainly wasn't water and the Pepsi gel mixed. I had to stop eating the food, and only forced myself to drink the soda because I paid 23 bucks for a meal I didn't even finish. Safe to say I won't be going back, hell I wish I could get my money back.

Everything was exceptional and I appreciate each and every one who was working tonight (3/14/22). 0) Ticket booth ladies so sweet 1) Clean place 2) Good food 3) Kind, helpful staff 4) the Manager (Chris?) is kind enough to ask customers if we need anything and truly cares about and looks after his associates. It was such a good experience with them. Thanks everyone!
