The people who work here are usually very kind and fast, but I was just in there and the manager came out and started scolding the girl making my sandwich about not being “upbeat” enough directly in front of me. When the girl got defensive the manager acted like it was weird for her to. Very unprofessional to have those conversations where customers can hear. Especially because the girl making my sandwich was very nice and doing a good job. As someone who managed people I would never ever do that in front of customers. How embarrassing.

I work nearby and make online orders, I picked up my sub today-the made it JUST the way I like it; toasted along with all the goodies. Great customer service at this location.(beware of the Colfax and colorado and Colfax and Quebec locations-I've had BAAAD customer service experiences at those locations)

One of the best locations in the city. I consistently receive prompt and polite service at this location. They recently did a refresh of the store and it looks great. The only request I would have is to upgrade the soda machine but that's more of a nit-pick on my part. Keep up the great work!

I had a taste for a cold cut sub today. I stopped in and the young lady asked about my day. I told her about having to chauffeur my family from Georgia around today. She was super nice and very customer friendly. Thanks for listening and for taking the time to get my sandwich just right. It was delicious.

Came for the lunch rush. I have the most difficult orders. Both Hanna and Vanessa tackled it and like 20 other people in a matter of 15 minutes. Woah. And maintained a positive professional attitude. Thank you ladies. We will be back.

Macey was awesome!! She is a very hard worker! I went in to Subway for lunch today and Macey was running the line all by herself.. She got everybody in-and-out so fast it was unbelievable. I give this lady props 100%

My Man and I went to this location 1 week ago and on 8-29-21, both times were amazing!!! Monet and Luis are amazing! efficient and treat you like they care, they take care of you! There is another tall gentleman that works there as well, and is also amazing, didn't get his name. Thanks for the cookies and the suggestion on the flavored waters!!!!
