Burger King

If I could give this building I can't even call it a restaurant it's a place where you are supposed to pick up your favorite charboiled burgers and fries e.t.c But this has to be the WORST Burger King in the west metro area. The customer service is absolutely horrible you are not acknowledge for sometime after standing at the counter to put in an order, and your order is missing most of the food that you pay good money for the staff just seems to be bodies there not really caring about their jobs but the most disappointing thing is when you leave there to get into your vehicle and open your bag and find that most of your order is not there. I bought a hamburger for my dog and she turned her nose up to it so if the food is not good enough fir a dog I dam sure am not going to attempt to eat it. Good luck getting your order and trying to enjoy it I will never go to this Burger King again ever...!

I ordered the 2 croissant breakfast. The coupon says sausage, bacon or ham. I thought I said bacon bui guess I didn't. Instead of coffee I asked for orange juice which was $1.20 extra. I got home and had sausage croissants and no Orange juice. I went back up to return and the girl said the coupon says sausage. I told her the coupon said sausage. Bacon or ham. She said I should have told her bacon. I told her she should have asked. Anyway, I got my bacon and it is BURNED!! In this economy they shouldn't mess with people. I'm done with BK I'm

Always, Always forget an ordered item or two. And worst yet, don't give you a receipt. Tried calling a message said they aren't accepting calls at this time. Infuriating. As a franchise owner I would throw in the towel on this investment. What an awful loss to this owner Franchise owner you need to clean house and rid yourself of your trifling staff. Sorry they'll ruin you.

Just went through the drive thru. How can you possibly mess up a bacon king burger? All I asked for on it was ketchup and bacon nothing else. I am lactose intolerant. We get our food and my order is messed up. My bacon king had cheese on it and everything but ketchup. It’s not that hard to put ketchup and bacon on a burger. This is ridiculous. What part of no cheese don’t you understand? For someone who is lactose intolerant and has a dairy allergy and doesn’t eat cheese I deserve a burger with no cheese. I also don’t eat pickles, mustard or lettuce. This happens every time I come to this Burger King
