I am so incredibly impressed by, and grateful for, this Panera location. Especially Nick! I ordered catering for a work event, but I made a big mistake — and Nick helped me correct it, but he had to cancel the old order and put in every single new order (26 box lunches!) himself, which must have been so time consuming for him. He was so kind about it and he even got everything correct (no small feat since there were several accommodations!) Then he delivered the food himself and was on time. The name of everyone’s order was written on the box lunches with sharpie, making it so easy to tell who got what. I have never been more impressed with a catering experience and I can’t recommend them enough! Thank you, Nick and thank you, Panera!!

Three of us stopped by to get some drinks. My friends went first and ordered. I went third and was ready to pay. Teller said “it is on me”. Pleasant surprise!

Surprised how good the cappuccino is! Went at 10:30 am, not too busy in the store, but the parking lot is a zoo. Parking in this center is tight and it was pretty full even that early. Filled up a little more around 11:30 when I was leaving. Staff are attentive and skilled. Didn't eat anything this time but the pastries looked yummy.

I usually don’t eat at Panera but now I am a super fan. Having been part of their unlimited sip program has been life changing. It is a huge space for me to work in peace. And their food is top notch.
Also, sign for their rewards program for you will get a lot bang for your buck!

Awesome location. Wife got sick, ordered soup online. I showed up a few minutes early and had a great experience. Khael greeted me and even gave me a free drink while I waited. Kristina, the manager apologized for it not being ready, (even though I was early) and answered a few questions I had. Even pulled out her phone to confirm what I asked about. Don't believe the negativity you read here, go inside, have lunch or dinner. Great experience. Oh, and very clean for right off I-25!

Panera off Hampden & I25, lots of parking. Nice location. The food was good and affordable. Lots of choices for breakfast and for lunch. The same staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean.

WOW! These guys nailed it on customer service today. My food was great, but I'm writing this review because everyone at this store went above and beyond to make sure my experience was wonderful. I saw some negative reviews on here, but they have clearly turned it around and now I can't imagine someone having a bad time at this location! I was greeted super warmly at the counter, the cashier seemed genuinely interested in my life, the people preparing my food were full of jokes and smiles, and the food was awesome. Way to go, Panera!
