Rice And Kabob

I tripped over this place a while back and it's been my favorite lunch spot ever since. Authentic Persian food... or is it Afghan? I think they refer to it both ways. It isn't Mediterranean though, for those clueless haters out there. I love their sauce, but it isn't for everyone, try it on the side first. What you'll notice about the poor reviews is 1. They never ate the food, or 2. They think it's "Mediterranean" food. Don't pay attention to the ignorant reviews, this place is awesome.

Rice and kabob is a traditional Iranian restaurant in Denver. Serving Halal food to the residents and the tourists. Delicious food and many items to pick from the menu. Sit in and take outs are available. Prices are reasonable. We had a chance to dine here during our trip to Denver and we really enjoyed it. Highly recommended ❤❤❤❤

This restaurant is a gem! I look forward to eating here. The way he prepares everything from is rice to his vegetables is done with thought and care. The prices are more than fair especially with the amount you are given. But my absolute favorite, is the lamb and chicken plate. I always ask for extra sauce and he is always happy to oblige. There is french fries in this meal but it works. I was skeptical but now, I couldn't have it any other way.

The food is very good. And you get a huge portion for the price, easily two meals worth depending on what you get. The owner is friendly but hes not talkative, but that doesn't matter when his food is really good and service is quick. I go almost every other week, highly recommend if you want to try some good middle eastern food without spending more than $12

Happened upon this place while out lamp shopping. Ordered the Chicken Shawarma combo plate. Amazing! The chicken was full of flavor and super juicy. The rice was yummy and the side salad of tomatoes, cucumbers, was a perfect complement. Plenty of food to share and enjoy. Nice relaxed atmosphere and the service was great! I'll definitely be returning to try other menu items!
