One of the better places for Asian food in Denver. Great music (it’s rap). Great cocktails and for. Highly recommend the fried chicken, the tofu appetizer and the Singapore noodles. Can’t go wrong. Cocktails are great too.

LOVE Hop Alley. First of all, I want to find whatever playlist they play in the restaurant because it's fire. Tribe Called Quest, Kendrick, and the Pharcyde all night. The mood and vibe is casual, but certainly elevated. Our server was incredibly knowledgeable and did a good job of walking us through the menu since it was our first time. Knocking down the service a star because while we got our drinks quickly, we waited half an hour for our food and were STARVING. The table next to us arrived after we did and they finished their whole meal before we got our food. I completely forgot about the wait after getting the food. 1000/10 recommend getting the bone marrow fried rice (pictured), duck rolls (pictured), AND THE EGGPLANT MY GOD (not pictured because I inhaled it). Even if you don't like eggplant, get the eggplant. I wish I had ordered a second order of eggplant to take home becuase it was so good. The vegetable noodle was my least favorite - it wasn't bad, but just tasted kind of bland in comparison to how flavorful the other dishes were. Our drinks were great and the garnishes were super cute. Overall, would highly recommend going to Hop Alley and the Bib is well deserved!

Matthew took incredible care of us with great recommendations! We had the bass, Chinese broccoli, duck rolls, and mushroom fried rice. Every dish was incredible but the smoke and flavors on the Chinese broccoli were next level. We made friends with the couple next to us and shared all the plates. Such a wonderful experience!

I’ve not seen a more friendly and attentive staff in a while! Everyone was on the top of their game. This place was always amazing but the Michelin recognition took it to the next level. Food is consistently delicious. If you like spicy dishes you should try LA ZI JI - chicken thighs cooked to perfection. If you don’t like spicy then Cumin Lamb Bun and Duck rolls are a must. Honestly you can’t go wrong with any dish here! Entrees come with unlimited rice and make sure to make a resi!

Fav spot it Denver! I absolutely love this place. Dan Dan Mian, Chilled Tofu, Scallops and their Mushroom Fried Rice are a must!! Their cocktails are spectacular. You literally cannot go wrong with any of their cocktails. Atalie is a mixologist genius. They are always adding new items to the menu too. I have tried a majority of their dishes and Hop Alley never disappoints. Their new space is beautiful!! Staff members all go above and beyond. Super fun atmosphere. One of my favorite restaurants in Denver.

Step in through a nondescript exterior into a warm industrial space to enjoy an elevated take on Chinese cuisine. We will be hard-pressed to decide which dishes we would not order next time at Hop Alley. The Beijing duck roll was spectacular with all the flavors of traditional Peking duck wrapped in a crisp and chewy scallion pancake. The shrimp toast was delightfully crunchy, topped with a yummy mixture of chicken and shrimp, and drizzled with spicy mayo and hot honey. Other scrumptious dishes of note are the lamb buns, mushroom fried rice, and chilled tofu. Every dish used a strong combination of spices and sauces to take the food to the next level, with perfectly balanced flavors and textures. In addition, the pineapple was a surprising highlight from the assorted pickle dish. The cocktail program is also excellent. We quite enjoyed the “Unknown Pleasures”, a yummy concoction that brought back childhood memories of watermelon in the summer, with a slight zip from a Sichuan peppercorn infusion. We cannot wait to return with friends so that we can try even more dishes next time.

Delicious and creative take on Chinese food. My son and I ordered 4 dishes, loved all of them especially the chilled tofu, steamed eggplants, and mushroom fried rice. The portions are generous, we really tried but couldn't finish all. Make reservations ahead! We're in Denver for a few days, and they're fully booked during those days. We walked in right before a thunderstorm. The reception staff was warm and welcoming. We're able to sit at the bar right away. The bartenders were knowledgeable about the menu, warm, kind and professional. Great experience and Highly recommend.

Best dining experience we've had in a while. Wonderful server, expertly crafted cocktails, and mouthwatering dishes. We did the duck rolls, 3 cup chicken, and bone marrow rice, all of which were beyond delicious. Would love to come back and try more items!

Firstly I just want to give props to the staff! They were great! So helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. Between me and my partner we had 5 dishes all were delicious. But a big shout out to the mushroom fried rice, wontons and duck wraps both were amazing! And a great atmosphere with good music no more is needed on that. I will ask though, only because I'm a massive fan of Brew Dog please look into getting the alcoholic drinks. The Alcoholic free ones are nice though.

Food is very good. Everything is Asian Fusion. All the drinks are special with an interesting name. My friends and I also ordered the bone marrow fried rice but I didn't take the photo because it looked generic. All the other ones are shown here. The shrimp toast is very yummy. It was surprisingly good. They only open for dinner which made it harder for my friends and I to try this place. Their service is great. The restaurant is quite big. Lots of people will come to eat so reservation is highly recommended.
