Always a great experience regardless of what city you’re in. Our server was so accommodating with our large party, 12. We always enjoy the family faith base country store and I’m glad they added specialty coffee but really disappointed about the cheap bacon they switched too. That’s why I gave it a four star

Very nice restaurant. Awesome service. Food took a little long to get to our table but we figured they are understaffed. Food was hot just as ordered. Friendly staff. Clean restrooms. The country store is a bonus.

We were going back here to try and give the restaurant another chance. Last time we were there, we were promptly ignored and the portions we received were mere sniffs of food. We tried the restaurant again. After a decent wait (understandable) we were seated where we were once again promptly ignored for 15 whole minutes. A waitress, out of the goodness of her heart, found our table and asked if we were being helped. We told her no then she started to help us. Unfortunately I ordered the spicy grilled catfish and ended up with a fried catfish. The catfish was ok but not what I was going for. It was the sort of lackluster experience with lackluster food that will keep us from returning. So long and thanks for all the (wrong) fish.

Cracker Barrel is a well known family restaurant that is known for its country store and decorations. Our waitresses was training a new young lady and seemed very overwhelmed. The food was average. I had a grill chicken dinner it was good. My parents enjoyed their meal but complained about the service. The setting was fun to look at. We enjoyed all the old stuff they had on their walls. I would go at least one time.

Called ahead for seating availability and was told there was no wait and walked in within 5 minutes and was immediately seated and no one else came to table for 15 minutes to wait on my party. My family observed couple seated after we were and they were serviced almost immediately. This is very poor service for Cracker Barrel as we tend to visit different locations when traveling due to consistency of meals at each location are good. I'm not sure if we will give this location another visit.

Phenomenal waitress, very helpful with menu selections for little boys with big appetites. And very personable, something I just don't see much anymore.

My fish was cooked really good and tasted good, but our eggs were disgusting. They were not scrambled at all and still slimy. The turkey sausage was pretty rubbery. Our server was really nice, the lady who checked us out was very nice and respectful. The restrooms were disgusting though. I let our server know that the restroom was nasty and she seemed to get a little annoyed which was uncalled for. I was just pointing out an issue with your establishment. Fix the issue and move on have a great day

Our server was very tentative and kind even though he was tired from working a double shift. The food though, I had a steak, mashed potatoes and broccoli. The steak was fine, the potatoes were not as tasty as usual and the broccoli was not properly cooked, (was like a vegetable tray raw). I don't know if there was a new cook or he was just tired also. I hadn't been to cracker barrel in a few years and it might be the same again. The service was awesome, prices fair and food was rated, " C-". I am not saying you won't have a good experience so don't pass it up if you're in the mood because it wasn't awful.
