Michael Cotton- Your Personal Chef

This guy was worth every penny. We hired Michael for our office Christmas party, hosted at our home. I've hired caterers for this event in the past, and have paid less, but I've learned that you get what you pay for. In the past, caterers would bring the meal, set it up, leave and come back the next day to collect their chafing dishes and utensils. Michael and his sweet 17-year-old son arrived an hour and a half early and professionally just took over my kitchen. They prepared a fabulous meal, served my guests and cleaned up. I knew we hired right when Michael basically told me that my only job was "to enjoy my friends and family." He totally took the pressure off of me, and everyone seemed to really enjoy themselves. Now I know better--THIS is how to entertain!

We had Michael cater a banquet for our Cattle Growers group last evening. Michael provides a wonderful meal. He was very professional in all our dealings, he arrived in a timely manner in full chef's attire and didn't flinch when I added 15 more guests at the last minute. The food was great, the service fabulous and the price was reasonable. I recommend Michael for your next event. Job well done!

Our Festivus dinner this year was prepared by Chef Michael Cotton and was perfect! He prepared the meal on site in our home as we celebrated with our holiday guests. He prepared each dish according to diet restrictions and taste preferences for all guests. He prepared appetizers, main dish entrees, and a delicious fruit compote for dessert. We absolutely had a wonderful time and chef experience. We look forward to having Chef Michael Cotton cook for us again!

Mike Cotton has a passion for cooking that I have not seen in other chefs. He is knows his stuff and he plates food very well. The dishes he prepares taste wonderful, are made to your specifications and taste and look divine. I found his cost to be affordable and I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone, those that want meals cooked and frozen for a later time to those that want a romantic dinner for two in their own home or an intimate gathering, or for a wedding that needs to be catered. He also gives classes that are very informative, as intimate as you would like. The topics not only cover cooking lessons but other useful cooking tips. My advice is for you to have him listed under speed dial.
