Hot chocolate was bland, after eating almost the whole bacon and egg muffin I noticed my egg is green on the inside, I don’t think this is normal… I love hungry jacks but this was really disappointing, I hope I don’t get food poisoning!

Food was good, cooked amazingly.
i payed 3 dollars for a big frozen and 2x the buristies and got hardly none, wish i only payed an extra dollar for burties not 2 dollars.
I did also ask for ketchup sause, i even asked at counter and they said there was ketchup sause in it but, there was sweat and sour sause instead
service was pretty good though.

The bacon literally tasted like cardboard I thought they had put paper in my burger 💀 don't buy sweet and sour sauce from this store! It literally tasted so off. They must store their sauces on top of a hot surface or something bc the taste was just awful

Ordered 2 egg and bacon burgers and they were horrible. The buns were stale and rock hard so we could hardly bite into them. They were also cold and the bacon fatty and undercooked. I will be going to McDonalds from now on. On the upside the coffee was hot.

Was a drive-thru service, the girl taking order was Super cheerful and friendly that she was radiating it to all.Although the rebel whoopers did not have much Veggies nor sauce they were rather dry.

The coke & large sundae was half full the same happened on the previous visit & we only ordered whopper burgers but customers who ordered large meals after us received their meals 1st we waited about 10 -15 min to get our order.

Why don't you train your staff properly?
If they were trained right they wouldn't screw up so many orders.
How about confirming orders so you get the orders right. Standard process, no?

Coffs Harbour Hungry Jacks is a disgraceful and they’re very unprofessional. My nephew and neice had to wait “2minutes” in the car. Supposed to be fast food and it was out turn to in place to get our food smallest order. I don’t understand why they even invented waiting bays 😂😂😂
