Gloria Jean's Coffs Harbour

Usual good variety of food items. Good range of both hot drinks like tea & coffee as well as cold drinks. Toilets but sometimes not clean. Quick service. Discount for seniors. Seating both inside and outside. Newspapers available to read Comfortable lounges as well as regular chairs and tables. Also Bench seating. Lots of parking out front. Community noticeboard. A number of Motorcycle clubs leave for their rides from there. Another club The Coffs Harbour Rebels use Gloria Jean's now as a ride start venue for their ever growing numbers

I went there for coffee on Sunday . I've been going there about every second Sunday since Christmas because its convenient to meet up with local friends who live in the area. We only have coffee now after some very disappointing food . EG . Bacon and egg roll that the bacon was cold and almost raw. I took back and got it replaced . The toilet is always grubby and the hand dryer hasn't worked since I've been going there and no paper towel available. The hand sanitise out side of toilet was empty . I avoid using the toilet now. The garbage bin was overflowing onto the footpath . Doesn't seem to be any older staff to supervise the young staff. . .

I bought a takeaway coffee and while walking to the car I noticed it was very hot and hard to hold. When getting into the car the cup seemed to soften and give way in my hands spilling the coffee all over myself and the inside of the car. I am now burnt from hot coffee, wet and sticky. To say I was unhappy is an understatement. I will never get a coffee here again.

Friday 25th Feb around lunch time. Terrible customer service by a young girl that took our order at the counter she clearly didn’t want to be there, got my order wrong which was fine but when I went to get it fixed she argued saying no that’s what I ordered, a different friendly staff member said “it’s all good I’ll fix it up for you” so she was lovely but the young girl stormed off into the bathroom, not professional at all.
