Gloria Jean's

My experience here was so amazing! The man who served me was so patient and kind when taking my order and gave me recommendations on what to add to my drink. He then made me The BEST Iced Chocolate Frappe I have ever drank!! I could barely feel any ice chunks, delicious chocolate flavouring (very generous amount) topped with a large amount of whipped cream, caramel drizzle and chocolate powder to finish it off. I finished that drink in an INSTANT! It’s was amazing and so so delicious. That man was not only so nice, he also made such an amazing drink that I would definitely come back to get it again. 10/10 would come everyday just for the drink AND the amazing customer service!!!

Came here to try the typical Australian coffee. Couldn't really differentiate the difference as am not a coffee master but was glad to finally able to try out Australian coffee. Located in the central stretch of Chatswood business centre. Very crowded and busy outside the shop so was glad to be able to sit down and relax with my cup of coffee inside the cafe.

The coffee is the same quality you'd get at any other Gloria Jean's. The service isn't exceptional by any mark or means but I keep buying coffee here as they have a good location, and when it's icy cold outside a hot coffee while sitting in the sun is awesome. Otherwise they don't have much of a selection for any reasonable food, so I can't really recommend it for anything other than generic Gloria Jean's coffee.

Poor service and coffee. Went today to redeem a birthday drink. The Korean man had bad attitude once he saw I wanted to use a voucher. I asked what drinks I could get with this offer and he said "small only, cappuchino, latte, only the classic drinks". No where on the menu board does it state 'Classic' so I asked, "What's classic? Only hot drinks"? He then gave me a very annoyed look and said "cappuchino, latte, these ARE hot drinks so only hot drinks". Also, he said small only...actually the birthday drink should be regular sized (even says on GJ website) but I wasn't going to argue despite knowing it was a lie. Coffee quality...there is no coffee aroma from the beans used. Tastes like milk with a hint of bitterness. Won't be coming back.
