Subway

The sandwiches were fine and were made efficiently. Service was okay. I understand employees were tired because it was at the end of the day on a Saturday. If I were the owner of this place, I would concentrate on cleanliness. The person that made our sandwiches, was not wearing a cap. There was an incident that I rather not explained where the sandwich needed to be made again. Thank you.

BETWEEN THE REVIEWS w/ Rodney S Q) So, Rodney, are you a big sandwich fan? A) Actually, Rodney, I'm not a frequent sandwich consumer. I only partake every so often, when it's convenient & I'm in a hurry. Q) Subway is one of the more recent tenants of the Los Cerritos Center food court. Why did you patronize this Subway, as opposed to one of the nearby brick & mortar locations in Cerritos? A) Location, location, location. I was at the mall, redeeming my free birthday month burger at Red Robin & to spin the virtual prize wheel at the KOST1035 booth, celebrating the grand opening of Pandora. We were going to the Cypress Concerts at the Park later on, so Subway seemed the perfect portable concert munchie. Q) What stood out to you, Rodney? A) Efficiency, Rodney. Everything was a well oiled machine. Plenty of staff were at the ready with the sandwich creation station. My Italian BMT was made in a flash, each staff member friendly and cordial. There was a small line, but very minimal wait. Considering it's the mall with a swarm of hungry masses at any given time, kudos to the staff for being on their game. Service was faster than the brick & mortar Subways I've normally frequented. Q) Would you recommend this Subway? A) But, of course. My sandwich was satisfactorily made & I was ready to go within minutes. Again, I don't buy sandwiches often, but I wouldn't mind coming back when I get a hankering for them.
