Paisans Pizzeria

we usually get pizza and salads. Our kids really like the pizza but I find it too bready. Sauce is tasty. Salads are very generous and packed with good things. They change the menu often to keep it fresh. They just added some rice bowls that sound intriguing. They have gluten free options. The entrees are pretty good for a pizza parlor. Parmesan chicken in particular was good. Drivers are very friendly.

My family orders from the place WEEKLY love their pizza but they have TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!! Placed an order ONLINE received an email confirmation card was charged an hour later no pizza. I call to find out the status and the girl checked my online order and informed me it should be here any minute. Thirty minutes later still NO PIZZA!!!! Well come to find out my order was never processed even when I called and spoke to the young lady telling me it would be here any minute. I asked the manger what can be done for the inconvenience it wasn't my fault!!! He then tells me it wasn't his fault either. WELL WHO THE HELL FAULT IS IT???? What a way to show compassion and APPRECIATE A LOYAL CUSTOMER.....GREAT CUSTOMER SKILLS......

The stuffed pepperoni pizza was great. My brother recommended Wings with the dragon sauce are a must try. My daughter liked her personal pepperoni. The chicken alfredo was good i like it a little more saucey. Server was really nice. It was really clean inside and tables were spaced felt comfortable to eat indoors.

Ordered a pizza and wings at 8:16. Come 9 still no food and no clue when it’s gonna be ready. Sadly I doubt I’ll ever order from here again. Especially when it’s clearly obvious since you can see the cooks that they’re not exactly busy so I don’t understand the wait or lack of explanation. But I guess they don’t care much for their customers
