There is clearly a sign that states use kiosks in lobby for ordering. So I did just that. It was my first time using it so it took me awhile. Not one employee asked if I needed any help. There was an older man that came in after me and he stood in the lobby waiting at the counter for his order to be taken, I told him he needed to use the kiosk to order he replied he did not have his glasses and refused any help. After a while an employee came to front counter to assist him along with the next 2 customers that came in. So yes I am complaining because their customer service was horrible.

Very slow drive thru service. Obviously having staffing challenges. Food wasn't great, but it was an odd hour, (8:30 pm). Need to get back to the expected experience level.

So, this McDonald's is ok, but not really. There are times when we go and it's what you expect which means 5 stars from me. What is expected is fresh(er) sandwiches and not stale fries. I have simple standards. Lately, every single time I go there are only 2-ish people working, it takes around 20-30 min to pickup whether you order there or through the app and the fries have been stale every single time even during busy times on the weekend. The reason behind my rating is that customer service isn't really terrible and I still get hot food so it could be worse, but in order to be a 5 star fast food restaurant I'd expect fresh fries, timely service and maybe the ability to do curbside pickup when you order in app.

Don't even bother. They won't take your drive up order at the microphone, they have everyone pull up to the window, take your order, and then get your stuff. It's about 5 minutes per car. Dining room still not open

First off I didn’t get a receipt from the kiosk. Had entered our own number for the table but the manager called the receipt number that we didn’t get. Then when we got the food the sauce cups were covered in old sauce and when we went up to the counter for new ones those had sauce on them as well. The ice machine didn’t work and all the soda came out warm. When we told the manager the first time he didn’t do anything and we had to repeat the entire thing to him just for him to make our drink in the drive thru. There were also no clean tables they all have crumbs or soda spots on them. I’d leave 0 stars but I had to give at least one to leave a review.

Worst McDonald’s in America! I walked in the employees were very rude and unhelpful. First they refused me to order at the counter and the man working in the kitchen yelled at me and told me to use the order screens. Next the screens didn’t even work so I stormed out and didn’t mind even coming back. Worst costumer service ever! So rude and unfriendly! You can really tell the people here hate their jobs. Don’t come here!

Great improvement. My order was correct, fresh, hot, and the staff (one woman) was very polite.
All of this is contrary to my many prior experiences here. Every other time I’ve been here the workers are rude, don’t care, and ruin your order.

Absolutely the worst location I've ever been to. The wait was way too long. But that's not even the reason for the rating. I ordered 2 big mac's for my kids and chicken nuggets. Both Big Mac's were put together wrong and the nuggets were not great looking either. Will not be going there again.
