Food is good. It was hot and fresh and delivered in a decent time. Service is questionable and the lady behind the counter was rude when my friends and I asked where the bin was. I would absolutely recommend going here for food but it’s definitely not service with a smile. Would also like to mention that the fish should be handled with tongs and not with bare hands during covid times - saw this first hand from the ordering counter.

You can’t help but notice the unorganised chaos that unfolds in the kitchen and FOH areas. Not only are the staff loud enough to hear every rude comment about customers but whoever the older redhead Lady is she is also extremely rude to her own staff. Young kids, i’d guess 14/15 years old, being told to do 8 different things at the one time whilst still trying to clear the floor and run the till. I waited 10 mins or so for someone to take my order before getting up and ordering at the counter to takeaway. No staff to greet you or let you know how it works etc just disappointed, I have only just moved into the area and wanted to find my new local hub but I think I best take my business elsewhere. Any feedback to you would be to be kinder to your staff!
