I used to love Carl's junior food chain but this time was different. First of all their hamburger didn't taste as it used to be secondly they didn't have any promotion. Also potato french fries 🍟 didn't look good. There were lots of French fries 🥖 with dark spots. Finally when got my order they just handed to me without a tray. I guess they just took the trays out of service. I had to eat my burger on a piece of paper. Didn't feel good.

All I can honestly say about any fastfood place is this. If it's going to be any good it'll be made in the Midwest. Other than that? Same old same old 😂. As for A star rating? Gonna do 2.

Fantastic customer service, the 2 ladies in front were so nice. Both so tall, they were fast and ready to take my order. They really made my experience there so nice. The food was good but the customer service PERFECT. I didn’t get their names.

You never know what you're gonna get. Sometimes the food is fine. Other times the food is too disgusting to eat. Today they told me I had to come inside pay with Apple pay evern though I was in the drive through. No one told them they picked the wrong one. Do not give ur hard earned money to these people

I gave them a one story view because it won’t allow me to give less I got there 40 minutes before they closed made me wait in line answered me then decided to ignore our order drove back around called them on the phone they told me they were open and then when we went to the drive-through window they said they were closed completely unprofessional wouldn’t recommend this place If it was the only place to eat in town
