Debb's Place

Been looking forward to trying out Debb’s Place and I should of made the effort sooner. First thing the Peameal bacon is out of this world good! Hands down some of the best cut and cooked I have ever had. Basically melts in your mouth it’s so tender and fresh. The eggs and home fries were really good along with the marble rye is definitely worth the .50 cents. Coffee was great and service was friendly, fast, and very cozy inside. Eggs Benedict were also huge with the eggs cooked perfectly. I’ll definitely be back more often to try more menu items. One of the best breakfasts in town for me.

what a wonderful, comfy, cozy, little breakfast place. Great selection, friendly staff, AAAAND, they have soya sauce!!! I love soya with my over medium eggs and 9/10 places don't have it so I was pleasantly surprised when I jokingly asked. Everything was perfect and fries were super yummy Aam-maze-zing! Thanks Rebecca for taking care of us 🤗

Went in with a massive group of 6 people & were greeted in a friendly manner. We were told wait was about 15 min & were happy to wait & thought we may be about 20 min since it was really busy, but Debbie came by every 5 min to let us know how long it would be & when we got seated 11 min after arrival, we all ordered something different & each meal we got was delicious, hot & well portioned ! The server was totally friendly & helpful & Debbie was a delight ! Thanks Debbies ! You guys are worth the trip from Alberta Canada :) 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

This has to be hands down the best place for food, cleanliness and big restaurants take note customer service. Barrie community keep supporting Debs Place. I hand on heart had the best off the best western sandwich every and my husband had the chicken buffalo wrap he was very impressed. This little gem is our familys go to going forward. Deb you and your team Well Done. See you at the weekend.

I thought I liked this place until my daughter took her kids there on Friday and the first thing the waitress says “same dad?” About her girls. Then proceeds to say where did they get there colour from? Like omg!!! Seriously?! Barrie calm your racism down please. We’d like to enjoy a meal without causing a scene in front of our children so we didn’t say anything but I’ve left you a message to call me back “Deb”. Get it together please.

So after a horrible experience with a waitress who kept making comments about the race of my daughters children and making them thoroughly uncomfortable, I finally get a call from the manager, two weeks later. All she did was defend this woman. Not once did I hear an apology. She gave so many excuses for this persons behaviour including she had kids that are poc. That it makes it so much worse! How is she to her own children then? They asked for this review. It’s an honest one. If you’re white though and don’t support bipoc or poc the go and enjoy 🙏🏾
