This place is terrible and the customer Service is bad . My boyfriend was verbally attacked by two of the cashiers because he just ask who will be attending him and they both were after him . Even with bad words ! For no reason ! They chased him to his car screaming and with a very negative attitude . I was checking right now and the negative experience and bad rates by other clients in here it’s terrible and very similar situations as us . I do not recommend to sponsored this establishment for any circumstance! And I suggest if this bussines continue providing service to the community , to fired this two employees as soon as posible . Thank you

My daughter went inside and paid $40 with my bank card to For our gas. She was detained in the parking lot, Helping a lady with a phone call. In the meantime The pump which was #9 Had timed out. When she went back inside, man said no it doesn't show that. It shows gas $40 was pumped at 8:30 p.m. showed them both my receipt which had a time stamp 8:53 p.m. Finally called boss & Miss Rosey said come back in the morning to figure out if I actually paid the $40. OMG!

Doors were locked, with three associates sitting behind the counter eating. If you zoom in into the picture you can see one of them.

I went in to cash a winning lottery ticket that I already confirmed was winning with the Texas Lottery app. The cashier (older Hispanic woman) scanned the ticket once, looks at the machine and then scans again and tells me it’s already been redeemed. This is not possible since they take the ticket when you redeem it. Then I ask what time it was redeemed, she checks the time and tells me it was redeemed two minutes ago, which was when she scanned it the first time. She refuses to give me the money even after seeing the time and just keeps saying the machine said it was already cashed in. I left afterwards because I did not want to start an argument over a few dollars. She basically just pocketed the money and lied to me. Very shady, don’t redeem your lottery here.

Service at this particular 7-Eleven is terrible I am a firm believer that the cashier that is here today baked yam is a self-hating Hispanic. She treats people that are of a lighter skin color with the utmost respect but people that are Hispanic descent or they are homeless like the bottom of her boots no matter how respectful those people are being. Even if I was a millionaire I would not think that is right for her to behave this way especially you're working in an establishment you should try very hard to retain an air of professionalism. I just got back from swimming I waited in a long line it's obvious that she did see me as she bumped her head at me and then when I got to the front of the counter she was eyeballing my top and told me that I was going to have to cover myself with a or jacket or something before hey would sell me cigarettes.

It is a terrible place. I went in to get some lottery tickets and gasoline. Both people behind the counter argued who was going to do my lottery tickets and refused to do it because they wanted the other person to do it. They even brush me aside from the counter to let somebody else buy beer why they refuse to serve me. Giving up on that I went out to fill the car with gas that I paid for and the pump wasn’t on so when I went back in they said I didn’t pay them for the gas. Finally one of the people remembered I did pay and they finally gave me the gas but it was a whole 20 minute ordeal or something that should’ve taken Only three minutes to do. Other people I talk to that were at the store all sad that these people who work there are terrible and do this all the time. They don’t even have a working telephone number

Well. The people running the place that is supposed to be open 24 hours a day apparently closed for the night and left all the signage and indoor lights on so I would waste my time stopping. There is no sign saying they will be back or anything, but there is a sign saying the gas pumps are broken. Can’t wait for the QT they are building a block up the street opens.
