Mcdonald's

Completely burnt the bun and the meat was so dry. I asked for butter with the order and I got 4 syrups. I kindly told them I didn’t want syrup and they just took them back and gave me my order and walked away. Also did you know that charge for syrup it only came to about a dollar for them but still cheating customers off of money for their mistakes!!! Noooo not okay. I went back and kindly asked for my money back for the syrup and the manager had the audacity to ask me if I really wanted my my money back for the syrups?? 💀🙄

**ZERO STARS**.. You need to select a star rating to write, ~zero wasn't a option~.. refused to service at 940 on a Sunday night!.. **CLEARLY IT SAYS OPEN TILL 10PM**.. The staff (or lack there of) LITERALLY HID! And sneaked around the corners as to hide. INCREDIBLE!.. HOW PEOPLE WOULD WANT A JOB AND NOT WANT TO FULFILL IT. LIKE I SAY. YOU DON'T LIKE YOUR JOB DON'T BE THERE!.. CRAZY🤦🏽‍♂️

A dead zone for the McDonalds App....I was charged for artisan meal instead of regular meal, no biggie mistakes happen, both people at window were nice they get 5 stars but then I wasn't given a receipt in drive thru, so went inside, female manager was rude, unapologetic and showed me 3 different receipts, showing price of what I was charged, then another with meal I wanted price, then another showing what the sandwich cost alone and said she comped the sandwich,makes no sense . I asked about price difference she said it was like 28 cents and did I want it?? I was like.. isn't that important to not overcharge people ? Then she gave me .50 cents change .. I should have gotten .22 back, I'm floored that she has a job, I assume she was a mangr. Of some sort, she had a different shirt than others.

It's not like I expect quality food or top of the line service from a fast food chain but this place is really bad. Be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes no matter if you are the only person in the store. I just laughed and one of the workers was in a tank top and pants filling her own personal order While also at the cash register. When the food finally did come, I thought it would be fresh since it had taken so long, but I was mistaken. The fries tasted like they had been reheated and the sandwich was soggy. I should have driven the extra 5 minutes to P Terry's.

They are a convenient location and most times the employees are friendly. That's where the good stops. Each time I go I am forced to wait 2-5 minutes for them to finish making my order. They are never apologetic about the extra wait and still after that when I check the bag before leaving I am missing fries or something. More times than not when I ask for sweet tea I get unsweet so I usually check that too. The food is usually alright but the fries can be too salty at times.

I burned my salmon for dinner so I decided to grab something quick from this location. I would have rather eaten the salmon. My fries were old, rubbery, and cold. Totally inedible and I never ate them. The fish fillet sandwich that I had was cold and flavorless. It had just enough sauce on it to look like they made a show if it, but not enough to impact their bottom line. Awful, just awful. I will not be going back...
