Kareem on the November 13th night shift was extremely excellent in my visit. His upbeat attitude as well as his cleanliness is why I will come back to this location directly, every time I can. His communication with the kitchen as orders came in was expedient and his customer service and greeting for each customer was genuine. He made sure to make me fresh French fries. Please give this man a raise and consider him for a corporate level trainer. He is what makes Whataburger great.

I would give the store a 5 star because of the overnight manager does so great! Him and his staff goes above and beyond. Love the gratitude and attitude. But today is my first time ordering food in the morning and the morning manager doesn’t apply the same pressure. He seem too busy and unfocused, I didn’t get greeted by the manager or staff only stares. I orders with the manager and I had to repeat my order twice and he still rung it up wrong. Thanks to one of the staff members and I believe the GM they corrected my order quick and fast.

The establishment looks clean and the service was friendly and professional. The banana pudding milkshake was delicious. I would recommend that every one should purchase the banana pudding milkshake with your meal. It satisfying and delicious.

I went through drive-thru and it was late. I don't mind waiting for fresh food at all. It's the lack of daytime service that I'm not a fan of. They never seem to give napkins out during late night service and they never seem to ask if you want or need anything.

I would give Whataburger as a brand 5 stars but I had one poor experience, and I will get to that later. Overall I'm satisfied with quality of food, service and customer service experience. I don't eat beef or pork and being a Texas brand I was really surprised by the chicken sandwich which by far is the best that I've eaten from a fast food chain. The pancakes are good too, as well as the two salads on the menu. Everything in Texas is beef, beef, beef and so to be able to go somewhere and get a chicken sandwich and it get served pretty quickly and be on your way is a good. I'm a New York born and raised and so we're used to good food and fast service. The only bad experience I came across out the many times I've gone to Whataburger was going to the 9613 ( not sure of the exact address number) N Lamar location ordering pancakes and then as I'm being served learning there's no syrup. No syrup on pancakes is like having a burger without the bun. Of course I asked for a refund. An hour later I called the corporate office to file the incident. If it was a mom and pop store I would of overlooked the experience but being an established chain I considered the situation unacceptable. Customer service was helpful in helping me create a ticket for management and I'm sure they'll do better with ordering for the locations. Overall the Whataburger brand is solid and I wouldn't mind seeing some locations in the NY tri-state and eating some chicken sandwiches.
