By far the best Philly in Austin. Couldn't tell you about the other sandwiches because as far as I'm concerned there's nothing better than the Philly.
Bad news is last time I was there I heard they were going to be closing permanently soon :(

I got the gourmet italian and good jesus lord i was in heaven. The bread was so soft but strong enough to hold all the meat packed inside. Fresh deli meat mmmm, provolone cheese yum! I havent been here in a while but sure will be stopping in next time im in the area.

There is only one place to go if u want a good philly cheese steak. The service was great. I brought my 92 year old dad with me and he loved it too. Our service person even gave my dad discount coupon for his next sandwich. That was so nice of her. Thanks Delaware Subs.

Yum. Service can be spotty but the food is great.

This is a fantastic place to get a sandwich and Chad is a great guy. He kept the doors open nearly all night for patrons that were trying to get gas during the Harvey Gas Scare, so they could have a bathroom and food. He saw people in need that had been there since daylight. Excellent American and Texan.

GREAT PHILLYS! And after a less than enjoyable customer experience and a subsequent email stating what had occurred, the owner called in response and provided a level of customer service rarely experienced today. I cannot recommend this business or location HIGHLY enough as they have not only secured my continued patronage but my respect and admiration as well. Cheers DSS!
