Starbucks - 4th St

I travel across the United States for conventions quite frequently, and being on the go as much as I am means I'm in desperate need of coffee. This Starbucks is without a doubt, hands down the best Starbucks I've been able to frequent this past weekend. Service was efficient despite the lines, the staff worked as a solid unit, and beyond that they were smiling and laughing together. The stress management and efficiency of this crew blew me out of the water. They chugged through all the customers with phenomenal care, and that is no easy feat when there's a major event happening. Thank you for attributing to such a fantastic first experience to Austin (and Texas!)

Jamie was SO sweet. I haven't been to Starbucks in a while, but knew I liked the sweet foam, he suggested I try the cinnamon Carmel version and even gave me extra sweet cream, bc I told him how much I liked it. 10/10 would recommend!! It was SO good! He was also training somebody, and was being so kind in explaining how to make the coffees and tips to make it easier for him in the future. He seems like a wonderful employee, and an asset to this location. It was a great experience and a great start to a long day, so thank you!!
