Luke's Inside Out

The Italian roll is amazing!!! Get it! The veggies, the meat, the roll! 😍😍 just the best meal I had in Austin! We also had the church lady burger. It would’ve been good if it hadn’t had what amounted to waaaaaaay too much mayonnaise. Like two tablespoons worth. I would recommend asking for none or for it on the side.

Super wow on point. The seasonings are PERFECT, in a way i havent had from a public place in a long time. I got the burger w salad and the pork w love slaw and chips. The salad dressing was eye opening in the best way. It was one of the nicer salads i've been served w apple slices that taste organic. The greasiness on the burger hit the spot for satiation and mouth nom. And the spinach instead of lettuce just makes sense. I cant wait to have more room available to munch out in the pulled pork. My ppl are from the Memphis region, and this sandwich would make them proud.

If you want a good burger, ditch fast food & come here… they’ve got a DAMN good burger and it’s made well and has a big patty. We also ventured out and tried the chefs special and it was stellar… totally random but so good. Also, one of the workers, Brian, was so friendly and even gave me some local suggestions. Highly recommend.

We ordered the cow, the shrimp, the chicken and the boujee burger. Do yourself a favor and order the boujee burger! All others were good but that burger earned them the five stars in my books. We wanted to try the rabbit sandwich but they no longer sell it 😔. We sat at The Gibson bar and they brought our food over there. *Not judging Luke's Inside Out by the Gibson's slow service on drinks*

Staying in South Lamar and wanted to stay fairly local so I looked up what places to go to, and Luke's instantly jumped to the top of my list. They did not disappoint, I ordered their special which was the Beef Tenderloin and it was spectacular, the tenderloin was so flavorful, juicy, and overflowing. They give you all of your money worth, one of the better food trucks I've ever been to.

Holy wow, this is THE place to try in Austin!!! Stop reading this review, navigate to Luke's, then resume reading while you are in line deciding what amazing things to put in your mouthhole. Luke is phenomenal, and the dishes he creates are unparalleled...in this dimension or the next! Seriously, I hope by now you are reading this while enjoying some of the amazing, and agreeing with every bite. I don't always eat amazing things in Austin Texas, but when I do, they are at Luke's inside out! I highly recommend the seahorse ovaries. Luke knows. Now check out these photos:

I've had Luke's several times now, both menu items and specials, and every time it is insanely delicious--so delicious, I don't know how anyone could leave a negative review. Today the crispy fish tacos were AMAZING (the mushrooms in the taco are definitely unexpected but genius), and my SO loved the Laredo burger, which he said had a crispy taco shell on the inside. In terms of regulars, I also like their falafel (veggie) sandwich. Definitely check this place out! Worth the price!
