I have had many issues at this location getting the orders correct. Today was the worse than I will not come back to this place again. I go to the drive-through and ask for white meat on one of the meal deals and I was told it would take 20 minutes to make, which is amazing because it is a chicken place and during lunch you would think that they would have this ready. So I did decide to wait I waited 30 minutes and the order was still not ready. When I went in to ask what was taking so long I had to wait another 5 minutes and the order was not correct, and there was no offer to make it correct or to do it right and offer something for free. Paying this much money for food that is going to be incorrect is totally absurd. I would recommend not going to this location ever again

I honestly don´t know how this place is still open for business. Awful quality, the chicken pieces were so small and so poor quality that is hard to believe they can call that food. So disappointed and frustrated that is beyond words. It was so bad that its not worth having it even for free. Never going back ever in my life, so many others places with good chicken. Only went there because my wife wanted to try it. Be aware.

Had to wait a few minutes before being attended and even after that the service was slow. The place doesn't look to be maintained very well, however this could just be an issue with it being understaffed. Would not recommend coming here if you want chicken, you're better off going to the chicken express down the street from this KFC.

Arrived at their location. And nowhere on the signage did it say a time for the lobby to close. The lobby door was open and there customers still in the building. Was approached by an employee and instead of taking my order I was told the lobby closes at 10...the time was 10:04. Lol...I guess someone else will get my business tonight...smh
