Tim Hortons

The food here is amazing. It's a little on the pricey side but it wouldn't put me off returning. It's owned by Burger King, so imagine Burger King but better. The slushies also are so refreshing and are quite large. P.s if you want to try the hot drinks, sweet vanilla cappuccino is lush - we bought a tub to have at home!

Tim Hortons is great value, especially their breakfast deals, although they have steadily gone up in price. Started off £1.99 for a coffee and breakfast wrap/ muffin. Now it's £2.99. Still a pretty good deal, especially when combined with their loyalty stamps for free coffee. An app with even more special offers would be nice

Love this place especially at breakfast. Real value for money with the great deals offered but the best bit is the outstanding customer service . Served this morning by lady, I'm sorry I didn't catch her name, brown hair always smiling, friendly and helpful, ensures my son gets his food exactly how he likes it, and he does the survey online for the great free doughnut offered. You must try the French vanilla latte...Best coffee in town. Thoroughly recommend you visit.

Any self respecting Hoosier will recognise Tim Hortons as being as Canadian as maple syrup, but I have to confess that I tended to overlook them as being a Canuck version of Krispy Kreme. That all changed with my noticing that they started to serve burgers. Now to my mind there’s nothing more risible than those doled out by the Scottish American chain. So I ventured out to try theirs. Sadly they were sold out of beef burgers on the Sunday evening I visited, but the friendly staff sorted me out with a chicken option that almost disappeared before I remembered to review it. The shakes aren’t as dense as others, definite ice crystals there but the flavour is not unpleasant. The donuts are top notch and melt in your mouth. Are they as good as Tantrum Donuts in Glasgow? Not on your life, but certainly on par with Krispy Kreme albeit with less variety. Now, if only they did poutine with real squeaky cheese…

Visited the store in Altrincham this morning and can honestly say the service I received was outstanding and the staff were very helpful and friendly. I had to wait for a few minutes for the food and saw both members of staff Johnny and Liam constantly wash their hands which made me feel very safe. Food was delicious. Excellent service provided. Will definitely be returning soon.
