Panera Bread

Every time I have ordered from Panera in the last few months my order has been completely wrong or an item was missing. One time they sent me the wrong sandwich. Also, every time order my drink with no whipped cream or light whipped cream, it has whipped cream or half of the cup is whipped cream. Very disappointed with this Panera. I never used to have an issue with them before.

I have given Panera the benefit of the doubt over and over but I just cannot order from them anymore. I have spent way too much money with this company and willingly did so because the food is good, it's healthier than other options and gets delivered quickly so its my go to when I order lunch at work. However, over the last three months, I have either received the wrong soup or had bacon or avocado missing from my Turkey BLT a tota of 6 times. Within the last few months in having those issues I only called about it once, when my $5 soup was incorrect and they quickly rectified the issue by providing me a refund for my whole order. That was very nice of them to do, however I just want to be able to pay for my food and have the correct food sent to me. I understand there is an issue with people not wanting to work and many places are short staffed but when there is a spot on the receipt that reads " order checked by _______", I would expect my order to be checked by someone. Today, again, I had the wrong soup delivered to me, a soup that i have no desire to eat because to me, it doesn't appear appetizing. Sadly, ill have to start going to a different Panera which means, I'll have to change where I have my work lunch delivered from since the Tilghman St location is the only location close to my job. If you are a stickler for having your order correct, like I am, you may want to chose another location.

This particular Pennsylvania location is nearly 600 miles away from my home. I'm visiting a friend in Allentown and I suggested we eat at Panera Bread for lunch. It's incredibly amazing that two locations nearly 600 miles apart can make the exact same strawberry poppy seed salad. The strawberry poppy seed salad is my go-to meal at any Panera Bread, and it was just as fresh and crunchy and sweet and so delicious here as it is in my New Hampshire hometown. Place was very clean, cool place to go on a hot day, and as I said food is scrumptious.

10 minutes ago I watched an employee tie back their hair and then proceed to make food without washing their hands first. I love when a restaurant doesn't take sanitization and food safety seriously! 🙃 I haven't been here 2019 and I'm not coming back lol. Definitely warning my friends and family about this location, too.

I ordered my food this morning at 10 am for delivery between 12:45-1 pm, i have now been waiting half an hour for my food to arrive. I called the store 7 times trying to get an update on my order. When i track my order through doordash it says that my order has been cancelled which i never did. Last week my order arrived on time but was not even my order. I was still charged for my full order and all they have to offer is a $5 coupon.

Panera is delicious and dependable no matter where you are. With lots of automated options to order Your food, including ordering online and via the app, it’s the easiest and healthiest fast food option out there. The summer salad was fresh and very very good. I was delighted with the quality of the produce.
