Very much disappointed with the rude behaviour of the staff name mukesh, I ordered chicken which was not cooked properly and when I complained about this he was not ready accept the fault instead he started arguing with me, this is not a properly way to handle any customer even we are a regular customer of this restaurant, very much disappointed with the behaviour, never gonna order plus will tell my friends not to order as well.<br/>

Stumbled across this joint recently and have since been several times due to excellent food. Have tried the veg thali with excellent dal, paneer curry. Very good tandoori breads like garlic naan and lachcha paratha also available. Have tried omelette paratha and Gobi paratha too. Very reasonable prices. Consistently good taste and quality each of my visits. Perhaps, one suggestion is to allow for some customisation of the thali for customers preference (with same quantity and costs and no wastage of food etc.). But overall, good location, friendly staff, reasonable prices, excellent quality and quantity of food. Really a great find in Karama. Keep the great work Mumbai Multifood and team. Deepak

The Triple Schezwan Rice was GREAT! The Chicken Koyla could've been great if the chicken pieces were bigger. The Mutton Rumali Roll wasn't good at all. <br/><br/>Now, the staff, especially the main man Rakesh was terrific and took my feedback very positively and ensured its application immediately. <br/><br/>I will be visiting them again to try some of their grilled items.

Really good and tasty food with decent price. I cannot comment on the ambience since I have not been there and just ordered the food online. A couple of time they were late by 10-15 minutes, but still a good experience.

Seekh Kebabs here are the closest to the taste of Real Mumbai . The aroma and spices are really different from any other restaurant of Dubai. Ordered for grilled chicken & surprised to see that we got tandoori chicken. After all this i called restaurant to confirm if its a wrong order and i got another surprise that its a grilled chicken. How someone can rename tandoori chicken to grilled chicken. Disappointed bcz we came late from office and thought of online order and we got this. Late night hunger led us to 24 hours new place in karama. A small place with great food!<br/>We ordered paneer tikka masala and dal makhani aong with tandoori roti and butter nan.<br/>Paneer tikka masala - what can i say , i have never enjoyed a paneer dish so much in my entire time in dubai, it was delicious, spicy , just the way i like.<br/>Dal makhani - this was a decent dish , could have been better with a lil more salt butter n cream but still no complaints.<br/>Butter nan - must try!<br/><br/>The staff was really polite and sweet, served us very nicely!<br/><br/>Im surely going back to try some non veg course!

Every restaurant has this issue. Food is good rates are so reasonable and attractive. Hence I requested on my first delivery to maintain the service. But the guy who is on counter and managing the hotel May spoil the business.<br/><br/>I ordered my food when I was on d way back from office. After half an hour the counter guy gave me a regret call that he can not prepare the dish because of some issues with raw materials so he committed to send alternative. It took 45 mins for him to deliver the alternative which was also not as ordered. There was no regret in his voice when I cancelled the order upon delivery due to shear negligence of the counter guy.<br/><br/>One strange thing is they never give spoons with parcels. They are expecting the customer to have spoons in their stock.<br/><br/>Name of counter guy is rakesh.<br/><br/>Hotel and food is good but should be given to some responsible hands to drive it.<br/><br/>Feeling sorry and petty for the owner who trust such type of guys.
