Whst a wonderful surprise. This restaurant has very delicious food. For appetizers we had flat bread and hummus and onion fritters. They were both so tasty and fresh. The wine we ordered was served in large beautiful glass. We had filet mignon kebabs and saffron grilled chicken kebabs and we had a choice of fries, rice or salad with it. The ambience is so nice and the service was wonderful. Since today was Valentines Day, when I left I was given a long stemmed rose. I highly recommend this place. Its like a hidden gem.

I came here to have dinner with my husband. At first I was very skeptical with everything and Im very picky with my food. The server I had was very genuine and welcoming. He answered to all of specification, and he didnt show any sign of frustration. I got the glazed Salmon and Barun (my server) recommend me a nice choice of wine, Malbec. The food here is great and I will definitely be coming back to try the new menu.

DP Riverside Grill is a local gem of a place to go for lunch, happy hour, or dinner. In the spring, summer, or fall, the outdoor pier is a relaxing and picturesque area. We have had drinks, appetizers, and dinner both outdoors and in.Service is friendly and attentive. The Indian and Continental cuisines are creative and delicious. Something for everyone. Highly recommend the hummus appetizer. We will be going back soon. FYI.... owner Nina makes a great martini.

DP Riverside is one of the sweetest most quaint places in Whitestone. It’s quite the hidden gem and a beautiful venue on the water. The owners are so delightful and willing to cater to your needs or event. The food is here great, service is even better and the ambiance is beautiful at sunset! Highly recommend for brunch as well!

What a fabulous find! We had a lovely lunch/brunch on the waterfront at the table at the end of the pier. The food was great! Chicken and rice and a side of very crispy fries. The cocktail menu is very creative. The owners -- a family -- are all lovely and the service is great. Can't wait to go back! It's only a 30 minute drive from mid-Brooklyn. I encourage you explore the neighborhood too! Wish I had taken pictures!

Beautiful setting. We sat outside and it couldn't have been nicer. We sampled a few dishes. The margaritas were not very good, but the guacamole was fresh. Mango shrimp and Barg kabob were delicious. Sag paneer was okay - well spiced, but an odd texture. I had a glass of very good Cabernet. Service was very good and helpful. The prices are reasonable. I hope they make it - at 6:00 on a beautiful Sunday evening, we were the only table.
