Denied me Service because she didn’t want to accept the amount of money I was Using. The cashier refused me service because she did not want to count my American Money not like it was coins but literally did not want to count dollars. She was Heavy Set, Ditrty Blonde Short Hair, Nasty Attitude. This occurred around 12:30pm 2/25. There was no other customer in the store that she couldn’t take the time to help me rather then give me horrible customer service and be prejudice against my Hard Earn American Money in wish she said she would not take it.

Cashier was very rude!!! I was told transaction didn't go through even though $ was tooken from my account. I was asked to redo transaction when I did and was approved again. Cashier realised her mistake but refused to refund $. Refused to give her name / managers name or number. She was yelling telling me to take issue to bank. She left me waiting threatened to call police and said I was harassing her!!! When I told her I'll wait for police I was finally given managers name and number but number was disconnected!!! Never go there!!!!

Just called to talk to the owner was rudely talked to by the employee that answered the phone ask the girl's name three times called back to ask her name again and she was rude to me again she refused to give me her name and I had already spoke to the owner about a job and when I asked her about her name she refused to give me her name again and was very rude to me I would really like to have the owner respond back to me I would really appreciate if the owner could respond back to me

Stopped here on the way home from the DTW airport (a late flight in). Wanted a slurpee and a couple of dogs. Lady working evening shift was the nicest, most accommodating person I've met at a confidence store. No dogs on the roller. She said she could have a come ready in a few minutes and guaranteed the taste. Even said she had a fresh pizza coming out. She could have let me leave disappointed but asked questions and made suggestions that left me happy and full.

The store very clean at this time with covid-19 the workers are being threatened, called of name video of course taken without permission asking pkease have a mask or u need a mask. Everyone is trying their best at this store to keep my family and friends safe ❤️♥️ I appreciate all the lady's not easy. But is easy to wear mask or go somewhere where mask not needed. Now the guy says I have copd can not wear mask geez that is why youI should wear u r at high risk in out take off People pull yourselves together let's teach are young adults , children the right thing is to be safe for the person next to u.
