Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Tbh, I don’t wanna be a super picky customer cuz also I’ve done a lot of service jobs and I hated picky customers. But this is one of the worst burger I’ve had in Canada.. You guys can do better than this… please look at the attached picture. On top of that even there’s no customer ahead of me, I was standing at the cashier almost 5 minutes. staffs didn’t even say hi, just pretended that I’m not there…. 😅

July 2021: Great service, freshly cooked food served exactly how I asked for it to be. Mushrooms were very clean! Overall a great experience! February 5 2022: my previous review was a five star, this from last year in July. Unfortunately I'll visit there yesterday, was the opposite. This visit a two star, the service was not very good, we four of us chose to dine in at the restaurant, similar to what we did last year. The food order, could not come in a bag we had to carry the fries, the chicken strips the drinks to our table individually as no trays we're available. Bags were also unavailable, for use in the restaurant, they were however available for customers being served at the drive-thru. The food wasn't the usual a dairy Queen hot and freshly cooked. Instead it was warm, most likely from a heater instead of the opposite. While waiting for the Sundaes to be prepared, I felt bad for the customer, who is trying to explain to the girl at the cash that he couldn't read the name that was put on the birthday cake. The cake was a large enough cake to say happy birthday and put a name, his request for help or dismissed he left the restaurant with the cake unchanged

I regularly visit dairy queen and their facilities are 👏 and service is top notch, they make the best shakes compared to any other dairy queen and the staff is also very helpful, friendly and polite. I would like to mention Mr paul and Mr perry. Every time they greet us so nicely and they provide the best hospitality. See you next weekend guys Cheers 🥂

In the drive-thru we ordered sea salt toffee fudge and strawberry cheesecake blizzards, the latter with extra cheesecake. When we paid, we double checked the order and the guy confirmed. Instead we got a choco blizzard without ANY bits (just ice cream) and a strawberry cheesecake blizzard without any cheesecake bits. It's fine if the order is incorrect, but don't lie about it straight in my face. This location is normally reliable, but try to avoid it Sunday evenings, as the evening shift seems incompetent.

This place is literally the worst fast food I’ve ever experienced in my life. I ordered a blizzard with extra stuff and when I came back he insisted it was in there. I asked him to show me as I scooped through the entire mini blizzard and he said nothing. Then after 30 seconds he goes “its blended in there.” I’ve ordered this item from dq before. This place is a disgrace to dq’s everywhere.
