Burger King

The worst Burger King I have ever been to. I ordered a large water, they gave me a small; ordered an orange Fanta, they gave me an orange slurpee. Onion rings were soggy and cold. Bit into my chicken sandwich which had no chicken inside the breading... I never complain to restaurants but this was the worst experience I've ever had at any restaurant. I went back in for a refund and the guy didn't even apologize, just said they'd refund me without asking for my card or name. Not holding my breath on seeing the refund in my bank account...

This isn't a very good Burger King, mostly due to the management & how understaffed they always are. The food is good for being a Burger King, no complaints there, but the service is pretty bad. The manager is usually overbearing & distracting his employees. Where I've had him take my order or at least help take my order, he usually gets it wrong, where even a new employee gets it right. This location is also randomly closed without a posted notice at any time of day, especially in the afternoon. At times, the service is so bad you almost get suspicious that they're closed after waiting in the drive thru for five minutes before anyone says a word. This location also is very questionable in how they operate. At times, they even operate without working water in the building, which I can't imagine is sanitary. Unfortunately, I’d recommend skipping this one & going to the one in Angels Camp instead, which is a much better BK in general.

Good food, though it feels understaffed and is in need of a thorough cleaning. Veggie burgers are available and have a really tasty patty. Usually pretty empty, and many times no one is at the registers until someone notices you're there. The whole place needs a good scrub and then common sense cleaning done on a regular basis. Overall not too bad, since my kids and I enjoy the food. Just needs some better management or something to perk things up.

Last 3 times I've been here, pretty much all the staff were outside smoking and talking. Wait times in the drive thru can be pretty long despite there being no other customers. The kids play area has been closed off for well over a year now, due to maintenance issues. The food is kind of hit and miss on quality. The employees are usually friendly, but sometimes it feels like your putting them out by coming to eat, like they have better things to do. Dining area is usually pretty clean, but with the sporadic customer count, I'm not surprised. Bathrooms are usually ok too.

If I could of rated it no stars I would. Went to the burger King and they were closed. Even though it states on their door 6am to midnight. So we went to drive thru and I'm guessing the manager states we're closed and she said it very rudely. They need to get new employees that are willing to work and a manager that knows what they are doing. Never going there again!

It was empty at 12:15 pm on a Monday. I think there were only 2 or 3 employees there. The garbage can was overfilled, the tables needed to be wiped down. It has definitely gone downhill. We only had milkshakes, so no idea about cooked food. The drive up was empty. It is too bad, since it has a large parking lot to accommodate RV travelers and groups traveling together, and that is hard to find in our area.

The place was empty, tables and floor dirty, burgers not hot, buns soggy. Onions and lettuce were fresh. Fries hot and okay. Staff very friendly. Order was correct. Restroom clean. Staff did wipe tables and benches soon after I shared that we had a hard time finding a clean table. Might be due to understaffing. There was a sign offering employment for all shifts.

We went around 2 pm on a weekday. There were 2 other people there and the workers weren’t doing anything. One manager was just standing and talking (bsing) with a worker. The place is dirty. The floors were visibly dirty and sticky. The tables were dirty. The walls were dirty and hadn’t been cleaned for some time. The walls had old grease and spill drips. Fingerprints. None of the walls have anything on them. Just empty nails. The bathroom hadn’t been clean and sanitized for a long time. If the front is this dirty, I can’t imagine the back being any cleaner and that makes me gag. The fries were bland and had been sitting. The nuggets and the soda were ok. I wouldn’t let my daughter go in the play area. I really don’t want to know what’s in those balls. We will never go back. And this experience makes me never want Burger King again
