The coffee is always delish! The staff always friendly and cheerful. And they always apply my senior discount even when I forget to ask.

They have a lack of staff at this location. But very nice and considerate they are. I got a free donut because I waited a little while then it was supposed to for my coffee. But good service otherwise

All the DD's get slammed these days. This one is no different. Whether slammed or not,the staff is awesome and they get you going as quick as they can.

Some staff members are very nice--some don't know that when customers say "thank you", the general response is "You're welcome". It's really not hard to do...takes about two seconds and doesn't cost anything. It's called common courtesy. Just wondering why it's not too common at this location.

I order on line ,when I got there my stuff wasn’t ready yet and almost gave me the wrong order , so I was asked to park so I was like ok , to remind u it was a online order so when I finally got my food I told them my coffee was missing , the lady was like I don’t think u had a coffee , I was like yeah as u can see on my order I had a cappuccino with it so she want back to double check and there it was , so I spend a total

The worst experience ever I got my wife the new avocado bagel that they are advertising the worst thing ever I want to go open up the bagel for my wife avocado spread everywhere got my hands dirty had the whole bag that they put it in full of avocado spread I couldn't give that to my wife so I went inside it got a refund cuz it's not worth trying to get something to eat there because it was all a mess the person that did the sandwich don't know there was new or they that never change their gloves that's my last time eating there.

I never really leave reviews and I never had an issue with Dunkin on 411 new road but I feel this situation needs acknowledgement. I forgot to send my order on the app and the man I guess who must be the manager (big white guy, he was wearing a red sweater, masked up) addressed me at the window. I understand it’s busy. I made a mistake but just like everyone else I am in rush myself and I forget. This man was so unpleasant in the way he spoke to me and the way he spoke to his staff member was distasteful and very disrepectful. Right before I drove away he sarcastically yells out “Have a great day” which was absolutely unnecessary. This man has 0 customer service skills and lacks professionalism which is something you unfortunately can’t teach people. I really hope his management team reconsiders who they want working with customers. (Just an FYI, when someone mentions that they have an online order and you ask their name and tell them to drive up knowing you don’t have it...This is something that can be addressed right then and there and I could have easily placed my order at the drive-thru and this situation could have been avoided.)

The kid who waited on me was so nice. Had the memory span of a house fly, but was sweet. I got the wrong coffee, but what the heck. It was good anyway
