Papa Johns Pizza

I’m a vegan, so, I appreciate the guy that clean cut my pizza for me and delivered to us. My mom and her bf got the NY Style Pepperoni Pizza and loved it!! I recommend this Papa John’s (specifically in this area). This is the best one we’ve ordered from in a long time!! Hot and fresh. Thank you all so much!! ☺️❤️

ordered from papa johns tonight and almost a HR after my food was supposed to be here i walked outside looking for a papa johns car or anything to come up the street and looked in my chair beside the door outside and my food was sitting in the chair out in the cold none even knocked or anything to let me know my food was hear so by the time i ended up finding it sitting outside my food was really really cold hard to tell how long it was sitting outside...smh

I was really disappointed with the pizza I was served this evening. I ordered from the store in St. Albans WV. One pizza was well done to the point of not being edible. I couldn’t believe they would sell one that burnt. The other was edible but almost cooked to long making it dry. If they had a no star rating I would have picked it. I didn’t have the time to call and wait for another order.

In town visiting my parents. Wanted to do delivery of something quick and easy. Called at 4:45, the first girl to pick up the phone was very nice and she said it was okay for delivery but needed an address. Then I was placed me on hold for a second, not sure why but no worries. A minute later the phone was picked up and hung up on..

Worse pizza ever. Woman who delivered my 2 pizza's started cussing because I didn't know that I was to tip her. I really thought tips were added to your bill and she wanted me to get on my card and put her tip on it but I'm not one to pay extra for using my card. If you want a good pizza and service I do not recommend Papa Johns.

Enjoyed the pizza but I have 3 complaints. 1. When I walked up to the counter I noticed that one of the pizza box lids was not shut all the way. I thought to myself “ aww someone’s pizza is going to get cold”. Turns out it was my pizza. 2. Called and asked the employee who answered the phone what kinds of deals they had. The guy said large one topping for $11.00. When I walked into the store I saw a sign for extra large 2 topping for $12.00. A much better deal but the employee on the phone did not mention that one. 3. I tried to use a coupon in the past but the employee said this store does not participate in that and I could not use my coupon.

So today I wanted to surprise my grandparents,I live in Michigan there in West Virginia. The other day my grandpa celebrated his 93rd birthday.I can't see them as we are far away how ever I was going through Facebook and seen a story bout getting pizza delivery to his grandmother. So I thought may be this will work.I calld Papa John's close to where my grandparents live spoke to a super nice girl she was absolutely awesome. I told her I wanted to send my grandparents pizza bread and pop as they can't get out much.she said that's fine we can definitely help you out.I was so happy almost in tears as I had tried many places before and was told no.so I was happy and very grateful that they did this for me.thanks so much and I got to speak to the delivery man who gave them a message my day could not go any better.I was so excited I didn't get there names please tell them thank you for me it was awesome. All the way from Michigan I'm saying thanks!!!!
