Taco Bell

I totally LOVE Taco Bell but the food I've gotten both times I've eaten here has been horrible. I got $5 boxes both times. One had a hair laying across the top of my meal. The other just tasted awful! I dont know what was wrong. I couldn't eat it! You never hear me complaining about Taco Bell!

I’m not really the one to complain but my boyfriend and I had gotten Taco Bell a few night ago and I had gotten a nacho bellgrande, which had zero ground beef on it and only contained beans with the rest of the toppings. I didn’t mind nor care because it was still good and I still ate it - mistakes happen when you’re in a rush/busy. However, tonight we went back and got the same thing we always get. Me having the Nacho Bellgrande meal and him having a chicken quesadilla with two dorito locos tacos. One of his tacos were missing and his quesadilla seemed flat, as he was eating it he noticed there was no chicken. We open it up and to our amazement - yep, absolutely NO chicken. We decided to call and a women answered the phone , we told her the complaints and she shifted us off to a different manager. We could hear her in the background saying “I don’t even remember someone ordering a quesadilla.” When the man answered he asked what happened in which we told him. He proceeded to ask us if we still had our receipt and we told him yes we did and he told us we need to bring it in to get a replacement which is fine. To sum it all up we felt as though they thought we were lying about how messed up our meal was. I feel like it’s only evening shift when our food is not the best. Shoutout to the morning shift though because they’re always kind and our food is always amazing! Evening shift though .. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Decided to get taco bell with friends and went to this location and we got our order completely wrong, didnt give us half our food forgot one of our drinks. Tried to charge us an addition $8 for food and drink we already ordered. We showed reciept and they still wanted to charge us extra. 3 times our order was wrong. Everyone standing around drivethru not paying attention when they had an empty drivethru.

Never had a problem w/ this place until this Christopher S guy started working there or working the window...not sure how long he has worked there in general. But he will literally hang his head out the window and hound the customers into doing the survey on the receipt so HEE can get $5.00!?! Atleast that is what he is saying. It's ridiculous..Most of us are in a hurry, on our lunch breaks. He's extremely rude too if you aren't interested in the survey. Someone plz get this kid out of the window smh

Edit: They are doing much better and are getting orders done correctly! The food is good and the staff is nice and doing all they can to keep the long line moving! Keep up the good work! Used the mobile app to pick up in drive thru... Second time I have arrived and been told they don't have a mobile order.... Get back to the house and the nacho chips are missing.... They gave us the cheese but left out the chips... Second time this has happened as well.... Just aggravating. The line was very long , and not driving back for chips....
