I have eaten here once a week for years and until recently have never had a bad meal. I don’t know if the owners or chefs have changed but I will never go back. The last few times the food wasn’t even eatable. What a huge let down. This was the one Chinese bistro who I was a repeat customer of only to now never go back. Such a shame. They really should be taking note of the recent reviews and look to going back to what they used to provide.

Placed an order tonight that was valued over $100 and waited ages for it to be ready. When it finally was ready, over 1hr later, everything was stone cold. Food was cluggy and extremely disgusting. Normally food is quite good, but tonight was an exception. Bitterly disappointed and the guy at reception was unhelpful. We’ve been coming here for a long time but lately things have gone downhill. After tonight’s experience, I won’t be back and would advise anyone else to be weary. They’ll take your money and screw you over. Buyer be ware!

I did not get my $71 dollar order delivered
Instead I got someone else named Mikaela who ordered a $15 meal
The Uber drove off with the meal as he had to pick up his daughter from school.
I tried calling several times with no answer, so I drove to the store only to see it has closed early today

The food is not good.I ordered chicken teriake and it’s like chicken with vegetables and lots of water ..not tasty at all

Very disappointed. After ordering 6 Wonton Soups we found numerous bugs in 2 of our soups. I rang to advise and asked for at least half refund of what we paid to accommodate but they would only refund the two soups that has bugs in them. Very poor never going back there.
