Just a fantastic experience A to Z! We were lucky enough to score the final open, outdoor seating option the day before (book early as seats full fast). There is no indoor dining at the moment, but they are offering takeout. The service was friendly and attentive, but not overbearing. The food was just superb. The squash soup and beet salad were tasteful odes to fall. The pork shoulder was crunchy and savory while the meat itself tender. The lamb was equally delightful. All in all, a wonderful dinner!

Best meal in the Burlington/Williston/Richmond area. They are trying to make it through with outdoor dining (and outdoor heaters) and take out. Call Lara A. for reservations if you want professionally prepared meals with local flavors. Definitely get Grandma's Apple Cake with homemade cinammon ice cream (and local apples) for dessert. Even if you just had multiple apps, you would know that you had a tremendously good meal.

We have eaten here for many years in their lovely restaurant in the many various rooms they have tables. Always fantastic food and service. Now in Covid times we are supporting them with take out that equals what we have eaten on sight. We are both fortunate to be working to support local VT businesses and having delectable food more often!

This is our favorite place for wonderful fresh food. We recently ate here outdoors on the patio. It was a lovely evening, the food terrific, the staff was attentive to both Covid safety as well as their usual great service at the table.. So we’re making reservations for another night very soon.
What a complete delight to be eating out again at our favorite restaurant.

Lara is amazing and made our COVID-19 sheltering in place more bearable. The meals are creative and delicious. Local ingredients add to the experience. Can’t recommend highly enough.
