I’m giving this a one star for the absolutely terrible customer service I have ever seen from a company my wife left a review an honest review unfortunately as a business you are open to these reviews and the owners response is astounding not only calling my wife a liar but also the wording and aggression in your company’s reply Is not professional in any way shape or form it does not matter if your food is amazing or not (which it isn’t) if you are unprofessional and rude you don’t have a good business. You should enroll in some business customer service courses it would do you the world of good.

I ordered a Chicken Korma with Mushroom rice, mixed Pakora, Popadoms and a Chicken Madras yesterday the 5th of January 2022. The food arrived in an hour, so we were looking forward to not cooking. We never buy takeaways as we are always bitterly disappointed in what we have ordered. This meal was absolutely disgusting.! The Pakora was hard and uneatable, the Korma had hard lumps of chicken, and the Madras was hot but with no flavour or taste. It is now the 7th of January, and I still have Diarrhoea. This has to be the worst meal I have ever ordered, and some of these five star ratings are plainly false and manufactured. I will never ever order from these jokers again. To have a stomach complaint now for two days is appalling. I can only think their Hygiene conditions must be lousy.....AVOID.!!
