Burger King

Ate inside the restaurant they were out of fries and onion rings. Bad sign right off the bat. It took so long to make 4 sandwiches that they were just warm by the time we actually got them. There were was no tea made, no lids available, and the drink area was dirty. Staff was nice, but you can tell they were stressed and likely fairly new. On a separate note, the Whopper melts are not impressive. They are small and they are not Whopper patties. I think the patties are smaller than Whappoer Jr. patties.

I asked them twice if everything was in the bag Everyone puts so much in a bag that it's hard to see what's missing. They assured me that everything was there. Missing French fries and marinara sauce and a drink but I caught the drink before I left the window. They also gave me a melted milk shake and I had to wait forever for the food. I'll be finding a new place to get my junk food fix.

Just like a few months ago, severely major issues going on still. Only 3 employees working. Plus side, the employees didn't look like they was on meth. Place hasn't been cleaned in a while. One drive thru customer came in to pay and was told they was 10 to 20 minutes backup etc. She told them to throw it away. Took them forever to order and then the fries where cold. Onion rings looked to had been cooked way too long. Another sad burgerking dining in 😥

Walked into Burger King and nobody was behind the counters. Never got greeted. After 5 min a guy came up and ask what we wanted . I had several meals to order but every order the guy as “ is that it “ . You could tell he really didn’t want to work . He kept rolling his eyes . We waited more than 20 min on 4 meals . When he called our number I told him we missing one order of fries . You could tell he got mad cause he took our food and just put it in bags without even checking if the fries were standing up so they wouldn’t lay just in the back ( which they did ) . This Burger King is so unprofessional because 1. They don’t greet anybody who comes through the door 2. No drive to actually sell their food 3. Cashier was wearing fake nails ( which is a big no in the hospitality industry 4. Cashier is not just handling the money but also the food ( not wearing gloves ) The cook was not wearing gloves , hairnet or a hat Soda machines were dirty I talked to the female manager and I told her the guy on the register needed to work on his customer service and she just looked at me and said “sorry “ . Horrible store !!!! Won’t go there again and I don’t recommend either
