Snowbergs

I ordered a strawberry milk tea with green tea as the base. I was surprised to get a taste test of the drink which has never happened with any of the boba places I have been to. The boba is also cooked perfectly. The gentleman at the counter was also very nice. For anyone who gets confused with GPS the store is connected to the OM Indian Bistro.

I wouldn't call myself a "bubble tea expert" in any sense, but I've tried multiple different bubble tea shops since I've been here in Arizona and Snowbergs was certainly among the better of them. First and foremost, the portions are huge. When I ordered a large, I expected a standard large beverage, not a beverage that barely fit in the cup holder of my car. It was LARGE. So be wary when ordering as you might get more than you bargained for (not that that's a bad thing). The Thai Tea was nice - it wasn't overly sweet, and the boba was soft and chewy. Some places wind up with firm, hard boba but the texture of the boba at Snowbergs was perfect. And finally, the owner is friendly. The hours are a bit strange, opening at 5:00pm on the weekdays, but it seems to be a one-person operation and the owner (I believe) is very friendly. I would definitely recommend stopping here and I will definitely be going back myself.
