Honest Tom's Taco Shop

I grabbed some take out from this spot. I ordered two chicken tacos which I got for $7 and guacamole and chips which were $11. The chicken tacos were good, but they didn't travel well, the moisture from the hot food made my taco shells fall apart but the food was delicious. My favorite was the guacamole. Well made with nice thick chips. Will revisit ❤️

The food was really good. I ordered the chicken burrito with chips and queso sauce. The quantity of the food is filling. I’m a huge Mexican food fan but this place is by far top 3. It’s a whole vibe when you walk in. The workers were extremely nice and helpful with getting exactly what I wanted on my food. Definitely recommend.

amazing tacos I enjoy the variety ! I’ve tasted most of the protein tacos, I want to try the vegan options & breakfast tacos next! Great west Philly find, this place is really good I like that it’s an open kitchen. Food is very fresh and customer service is great. Never had to wait long for my food. Only thing I don’t like is that the flour tortilla tends to get wet/soggy. I find myself popping my tacos in the toaster oven when I get home then I truly enjoy them.

Holy cow! What a gem. Love the people. Love the food. Love the location. I tried three different tacos and chips. That was a lot of food. The chicken taco was out of this world! Crispy hot chicken with tons of flavor. I'm impressed. They pile the meat in those little tacos. Grab a spoon, you'll need it to get every little morsel of yummyness. This is now my go to taco place in Philly! You can't beat this place.
