I understand there is an issue with staffing however, the first impression of thr place is terrible. The garbage cans are always overflowing, the cooler is never stocked. The store is never faced or fronted. The only good thing about this place is the little lady working thr food service portion in the morning. She's always super upbeat and friendly.

I just love to enjoy at Sheetz for something new to buy some snacks, drinks prepare food and other stuff like everyone else that I getting something different less than that. That's what I learned about it still. That's my chance to leaving this budget which is not wasting my food for sale where it happens now. Just to pretend cheap money to live.

Horrible service. It doesn’t take 20 min to make chicken tenders and fries. Particularly if you were the first person to order in a line of people. I realize that working nights at Sheetz probably isn’t the greatest job? But literally. Any effort would be more than what I experienced.
Again. Waited 20 min for basic food. They were not busy. I was given the excuse that they were trainees. Which isn’t an excuse or acceptable explanation.
Workers wonder why the public gets frustrated. It’s because of this sort of thing.

Overall this is a good place. Yesterday I ordered a chiili dog. Had a craving for chilli.
Was looking forward to getting home and enjoying those chilli dogs. . I get home and it is practically a dry dog. Onions and cheese was barely visible to the naked eye. And they forgot the chilli. Was disappointed. Overall this is a good place though. Just check your orders before getting home. Decided to give another chance. Strike two. Got brotworst instead of hot dog. And very little chilli onions and cheese. If I want another chilli dog will have to go elsewhere.

Always good inside..
For some reason the outside garbage cans never get emptied and blue paper towels never never get stocked. Sometimes the washer fluid has garbage in it..not just at this sheetz but all of them we stop at in the Cleveland area..

I’m from An hour and 10 minutes south and East from Parma and I was sent to work one day in the area. I had seen other gas stations in the area as I was searching along my route that had a 30 cents per gallon higher price and when I saw this gas station’s price I was able to quickly pull in. This gas station is situated on a corner lot so it has multiple access routes and is very convenient. This gas station is really really large as it sit on a more than adequate sized lot and though I didn’t go in the store on site looked really nice. This location offered a large range of fuel octane choices. It has 87, 88, 89, and 93 octanes and even offered flex fuel as an option for those with compatible engines. I’m very certain they also have diesel fuel available as well though the pump I was on did not have it available. I highly recommend this gas station for purely alone the price of 87 octane. I hope this review helps someone out😇
