So, I’ve been ordering from this location since 2003 so I can say with confidence the quality of the food and especially customer service has gone downhill. There have been numerous occasions over the last 12 months that we have been shorted on our orders. When calling the location to notify them, they can’t refund but promise to include what was missing on the next order but when you remind them when placing the next order, they have no idea of what you’re talking about. Yesterday was the last straw for us when we placed our order we paid for extra blue cheese (what they give you is a joke) which they failed to provide. In addition, we had also ordered 2 orders of curly fries which they decided to place it one container which does not equal 2 individual orders. When I called the location and asked to speak to the manager an individual named Jay claimed to be the manger. When I started to explain my issue, he was very condescending and really could care less when I asked for the owners contact information, he refused only giving me his name, Danny, and said he would have him call which he didn’t. I will not be ordering from them again and I’m sure that there are others you have had the same experience with customer service but just aren’t willing to take the time to write a review.

Good taste, large variety, good WiFi and ample seating at the store. They also deliver. Overall pretty happy with whatever I’ve gotten, and I’d recommend to others to try. I would also recommend to change the frying oil a little bit more often, since at the end of the oil batch the wings may taste a little burnt.

Well the food was fine but they raised their prices which isn't cool cost 60 dollars for two . Which is 20 dollars more than I used to pay . And on top of that one of the workers was shaking his hair out behind the register and he was the one in kitchen and the other workers were kinda loud and obnoxius. Bit the price raise on the food is ridiculous I could have gone to a restaurant for cheaper.

The workers at this location are absolutely fantastic. Always professional, energetic and polite. I will not take that away from this location. However I don’t know if someone isn’t reading the order screen but the last 3 visits my orders were completely opposite. I ask for extra crispy and there’s no crunch. I ask for light sauce, and there’s a swimming pool in the tray. I ask for flats and I get drums. At first I thought maybe they misunderstood although my receipt says exactly how I wanted my food. We are all human, so next time I’m sure it will be right. The second time I asked for the same order. This time I got all flats, ringing wet with sauce. Then Friday I said I will give it one more go… this time the sauce was light and they were all flats, but it wasn’t crispy. In fact a few pieces didn’t seem done. Out of 10 wings I ate one and a half. The fries were good. I probably wouldn’t have much of an issue but this stuff isn’t cheap. So I will give the 3 stars for the great customer service. But I’m far from happy with the food. If there is a next time I will check before leaving.
